17th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)The process of selling our property started in May 2022! We settled on DOMVS as our Estate Agent of choice, Trisha came along and the process started. We(DOMVS) finally completed on the sale of our apartment at the end of April after two abortive sales. During the sale process, Trisha even came to help me fill in some forms and gave up a Saturday to facilitate a meeting between us and our purchaser. Trisha is an absolute superstar who went above and beyond what you may expect from an estate agent and we can’t thank her enough. Additionally, Alison, who supported us & our sale whilst Trisha was on leave, was a superstar, always there to help and guide us, once again, we can’t thank you enough. Their practical guidance and humour got us through our protracted and wearing sale. The entire team are trustworthy, kind, supportive, informative and nothing was too much trouble as they were always available to speak to and advise. We also want to thank Tina, Jon, Louise and Gillian, an absolutely fantastic team and we would have no qualms about recommending them. You would be in safe hands with DOMVS who are an excellent Estate Agent. Thank you.

2nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Fisks (Wimborne Branch) to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so. Claire, who also helped us in the process, was also very welcoming and professional. We highly recommend Fisks to anyone in search of a new home due to their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you, for helping us find our perfect family home!

I'm now in my second property with them and any (only minor) property issues have always been actioned quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

I have worked with many estate agents over the years and I can quite honestly say that I was impressed with Simon’s professional approach and attention to detail. Throughout the process he kept my daughter well informed about the progress, he did a good job of communicating any issues that came up and skillfully facilitated communication between all parties. I can recommend his company to anyone purchasing or selling if you want to get a bespoke service that is better than what is usually provided by larger firms.

We were selling my dad's mobile home after his death and so things were quite raw for us as a family but Joe showed professionalism at all times. I would definitely recommend Greys Estate agents to family and friends.

Communication was first class, they were transparent and proactive with getting the property sale over the line. Special mention to Mark and Jake for their support. However, everyone in the team was very friendly and helpful.

I decided to come to see their reviews and I must admit I am not surprised. “Unpopular, unprofessional, arrogant, money grabbing, no replies, liars, cheats, scammers.” These words are gathered from their reviews. NOT dealing with these people seems like I have dodged a bullet really. What a relief. Phewwww!!!
