We recently bought a property through them & we have been so impressed with the service provided from the initial viewing to the support they offered with the purchase. Oliver has been exceptional in terms of liaising with us & the vendor & chasing up the solicitor when required. Everyone else we dealt with in the branch was friendly & helpful too. It’s been such a positive experience & we are so happy with the house we bought! Thank you Savills Sevenoaks!

5th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Capital Estate Agents Bromley are undoubtedly the best estate agents we've ever worked with. While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted—work contracts, visas, finances—everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us. We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

7th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I’ve rented via Clarendon’s for the best part of 5 years which is now coming to an end as I’ve purchase my first property and it is bittersweet really as they are genuinely the best agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are and always have been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. Everything you want and need! I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. Stephen was super efficient, professional and friendly from the first moment. He managed to find different properties for us to view within minutes and planned everything around our busy schedules. 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Absolutely first class from start to finish. We used them for both our mortgage and estate agents and were really responsive and helpful throughout. Steve took his time to explain all the mortgage products in language even I could understand. When there were bumps in the road from solicitors (as there always are) Justine and the rest of the estate agent team were able to talk to the solicitors on my behalf to keep things moving. The difference between the service I got from MMS estate agents and other firms I have used in the past is night and day. I never had to wait for more than an hour or so for a response to a query, as oppose to days and weeks elsewhere. It really shows that it is a family run business. Would give 6 stars if it were an option.

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Ivan 4 years ago and we kept in touch, he was the only Agent out of a bunch that I met who was completely down-to-earth and professional. When it came time to sell my property in Orpington I knew who to call. Ivan and Glenn have been a wonderfully supportive team looking after the selling of my property, clear feedback, and always keeping me in the loop. They worked tirelessly even having to hold my hand and explain how some things in the UK property market are different from house sales in NZ or Scotland. Being polite to my neighbors, and keeping me calm when I didn't understand the process. With patience and a smile, I adore these two and they got my house sold all done and dusted in 8 weeks from offer to completion and exchange. Highly recommend. I would look no further 4years ago Ivan was lovely to meet and chat too, a very clear and straight forward valuation, this guy and his team really know the area and I would be happy to sell through them, open on Sundays and anytime viewings now that's dedication.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
