18th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)As many people said it earlier they removed all reviews as they were so bad. I can't find my personal one as well. They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

It's taken 7.5 months for us to finally complete on our house and Sheree could never do enough for us throughout the process. If anyone knows what the next steps they should take to get these guys to take some action please let me know.

It was nice also to only have to deal with one person rather than having to leave messages with colleagues. She was always there for us and her positive attitude helped us through some sticky moments. Thank you Jade.

15th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)We recently sold our property and can confidently say that Oakheart provided an exceptional service. From the start, they were professional, transparent about the entire process, and incredibly friendly. We felt completely reassured that the keys to our home were in safe hands with Zav and the team. While no sale is ever entirely without challenges, Amy at Sales Progression was outstanding, she consistently chased the chain and kept in contact with the solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received!
29th Mar 2025 (24 days ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.
