They work hard, but approach their clients with a mature and relaxed sense of confidence that is unusual in the industry. I will definitely be using them again in the future.- 20th Jan 2025 (8 weeks ago)I never thought I would submit a 5-star review for an estate agent, but... Barnard Marcus have been great. We quickly saw that our interactions with anyone there were much better than the ones with other estate agents, and decided to focus on liaising only with them for a house purchase. We were not disappointed and Yinka has been particularly helpful and patient with us.

24th Nov 2024 (16 weeks ago)Anthony May and his team of Shania Nwangoro-Rule and Amy at KFH Tooting have been first class in selling our house. We spoke to a number of agents when considering selling our house. I'd always thought of KFH as a reputable agent for selling in our area and their reviews were excellent. Anthony was the only agent that had done his homework and knew all the individual selling points of our house, which gave us great confidence in KFH Tooting. Anthony suggested a reasonable guide price (within the range we had been thinking of) and their fees were highly competitive. We approached four other reputable estate agents selling in Tooting and none of them were anything like as good, so we had no hesitation in choosing KFH Tooting to market our house and were not disappointed. Anthony and his team were highly efficient and the marketing was excellent. This led to an accepted offer very quickly, at a price we were happy with. Throughout the whole process the communication of Anthony, Shania and the team has been excellent and quick. All deadlines have been met including specified exchange date and then completion shortly after. I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone wishing to sell their house. Thank you for a superb service Anthony, Shania, Amy and KFH Tooting team!

20th Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)Had a viewing booked with michael i believe, can’t remember his name, was say waiting at the property for 20minutes and noone was picking up the phones or bothered to notify me of any changes, very unprofessional and rude to waste a clients time. My husband and i took time of work only for it to be a waste.

Out of all the agents that valued my property, Leigh came accross as being the most realistic with the best local market knowledge and offered me a really good deal. Natasha arranged the viewing that led to the sale and Ameera showed the buyers the property, both Natasha and Ameera were lovely and kept me informed throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend Truuli as a very good agency.

I had to drop the price by £25k after 6 weeks so I think they got the valuation wrong originally. The team were great, communication was good with the team setting up a what’s app good.
