Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

Barbara was our main point of contact and she made this stressful time much easier. We were being updated regularly, provided will all the info and paperwork, communication was very professional and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Goodfellows if you are hunting for your new home.

Although they initially did my valuation i went with Annother estate agent which a friend had recommended which was a bad decision. However James kept in touch,once out of contract I moved over to Oaks. Michael and sol came to view the house and asked questions. Viewings started relatively quickly and frequently. I received an offer not too long after. Michael held my solicitors to task. He frequently emailed them and kept me constantly updated.The whole process moved swiftly without any issues. I would recommend oaks ,it was been a fantastic stress free experience selling my house with them All in the month of my birthday ! Thankyou Michael and the team.

Dan, the estate agent I met during a viewing, was not only nice but also incredibly professional, offering valuable advice throughout. His assistance didn't stop at the viewing. He actively supported me while putting forward my offer and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Dan's swift actions, within a week from the initial viewing, I had the keys to my new place. I'm very grateful for his understanding of my urgency to move in quickly. I highly recommend Dan and the company for their exceptional service and commitment to helping clients swiftly transition into their new homes.

6th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)I was with another Agent in Wallington who were absolutely useless, i moved to Cubitt and West after my contract ended. I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.

I must say they were very quick in offering various mortgage options and explained all of them in fine detail and everything was approved in a shorter time than I expected.
