14th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)They think it's ok to dump their signs in a communal bin area, which won't be collected by the council, and the residents have to deal with it. This is not the first time, the last sign was left dumped for months until I had to break it down and bin it. They take 5 minutes to put them up however! They also just leave their cable ties littered on the floor when removing signs (after attaching it to a road sign which is also not allowed but seems to be frequent practice) Lazy and inconsiderate to other residents and getting quite annoying.

19th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)I would not recommend using these agents to buy or sell. I would never buy a property from these agents, nor sell a property to anyone involved with these agents again. They are not transparent, lack of clear communication and are willing to have you waiting around for months for nothing to happen. We have purchased multiple properties before and have never dealt with something this bad. Why do you have a sales progression team if you can’t get a sale to progress? This isn’t a one off as it has happened twice now.

28th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

It was our first experience buying a property and they really delivered when it came to the quality of the properties shown and customer service experience. We worked with Luke and he was fantastic, really proactive and kept us informed through the whole process, we completed in less than 11 weeks (including Christmas holidays) so very efficient. We would definitely use them again if ever looking to buy another property.

I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . 9th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
