3rd Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago)I had them manage my property for one year after one year I want to in management on my property they said that they want two months of rent because of the ending contact. It mean i have to pay 3 months rent.

They went above and beyond to arrange two separate viewing appointments at our request and were extremely helpful in facilitating communication with the seller. Throughout the process — from discussions, negotiations, and property checks to making our offer — the team was proactive, transparent, and professional. A special mention goes to Ellie, who played a key role after our offer was accepted. She diligently followed up with both solicitors and kept the process moving smoothly and efficiently. Ellie was consistently in touch with both the seller and us, always quick to respond to emails, and readily available for phone conversations whenever we had questions about documentation or the property itself. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a real difference. Thank you to Ellie and the entire B&C team for their outstanding support — we truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.

From the moment I reached out, Phoebe Town made me feel heard, understood, and supported. She was lightning-fast in responding to my enquiry, super flexible with arranging the viewing, and genuinely proactive throughout the entire process. Even though the property we loved was eventually pulled by the owner, Phoebe didn’t miss a beat. She went above and beyond to try and make it work — balancing the needs of the landlord while still advocating for us. That kind of care and effort is rare, and it meant so much. Phoebe is not only brilliant at what she does — she’s warm, kind, and truly invested in helping people find their homes. We’re still searching, but I feel so much more hopeful knowing there are agents like her out there. If you’re looking for someone who will actually listen and help, Phoebe is your person. Total star!

The agency immediately arranged viewings, and the house was under multiple offers within days of listing. Beth and her team then managed the selling process superbly right up to the completion of sale. I could not wish for better service from an Estate Agent. Highly recommended.

From the moment David came to quote to Amelia confirming the exchange they have been amazing. Nothing has ever been to much and communication has been fantastic, all done in such a personable way. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kingsman for anyone wanting to move home, especially if you want the best money can buy! Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and their communication really helped make the process smooth and stress-free. We were also really impressed with the photography. From start to finish of our house sale, the ladies provided tips, advice and support to ensure we got the most from the sale whilst also ensuring the buyers benefitted from any decisions that were made eg fresh decoration, management of the property whilst inhabited, etc. Suzanne has great knowledge of the Coventry area, and we were happy with pricing from the very beginning. We were included within the stages of advertising, with the ladies checking that we agreed/were happy with all wording/images put forward. The photos were fab and demonstrated the property at its very best. They offered us an above and beyond service to accommodated for the fact I was heavily pregnant and wasn’t always able to respond immediately. They communicated within a personable service, with regular updates via WhatsApp, they were always available, and sought/provided answers for any queries we passed by them. We cannot thank or recommend them enough

We had a fantastic experience working with Fran from HS Homes. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Fran is efficient, reliable, and customer-focused. Definitely one of the best agencies we’ve worked with, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
