There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. Very helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing and remained patient whilst I was dealing with the solicitors as a first time buyer. They always responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I received my house keys last month and couldn't be happier with the house and area.

He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

You pay them for full management service but you have to chase them for inspections! They even short _change you sometimes! I don't recommend! Some of their staff are very rude too!

Stuart helping me to see where I was going wrong with the current market, to Henry and Rachel being fantastic with arranging viewings, George always on hand in the office to answer questions and the lovely Lucy dealing with everything after sale, including my meltdown! I was initially on with another agent but had not had a single viewing in 4 weeks. A friend recommended the guys at platform, so I decided to change and they did not disappoint. I had 3 offers in one day! Amazing team effort, incredible communication and fantastic support and advice throughout the whole experience. Thank you team for everything ????
17th Sep 2025 (21 weeks ago)We have used Westmount Estates to both sell a difficult flat, as well as rent the same flat whilst we navigated the legal barriers to selling. Adrian was always realistic with us on sales price and advice over the years - where others said we could get more money, we wasted time with zero views. Only when we moved to Westmount and followed their advice, did we get any real traction to sell, despite the poor market at the time for flats. Very grateful to have gotten it over the line finally. Josh and team were phenomenal at managing the rental of our flat when we moved out. The tenants were great and updates on our property were spot on. We had some unlucky maintenance issues which required a lot of input and management from Josh. We were so grateful and so lucky to have had such a superb estate agent to reduce the stress on our side, keeping the need for our input to the minimum. Can't recommend Westmount Estates highly enough, across the board!

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Big shout-out to Tom Hughes and Tom Algar for being especially supportive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Monique

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
26th Oct 2025 (15 weeks ago)Raymond, an estate agent, forgot about my viewing, turned up without any knowledge of the house (eg. No info on utilities, layout, etc) and then ignored two days of calls when I was trying to put in an offer on the property.
