14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I cant recommend the Bexleyheath Robinson Jackson team highly enough. Great at both the sale of my current home and purchase of my new home. They went the extra distance to get over the line at the preferred completion date of all parties, even collecting and delivering the contracts for signature. Thanks to the team, really appreciated. I would recommend using them where ever possible for both the sale and purchase as it simplifies the process and completes in the fastest timescales, plus they are very reasonably priced.

25th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

From Liam who was our first point of contact, to the whole team, Chris, Holly, and the Big Boss, Chris, they were always doing something to make this sale happen, which was very reassuring. They're good people who have an abundance of that increasingly rare commodity of understanding the customer's concerns.

10th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)Not good experience at all as selling was misleading. Back garden was left with rubble and uneven with big stones whereas it was advertised with fake photo having grass. Their agent confirmed when we visited the place that garden will be levelled as work is still going on but the unlevelled garden coupled with rubble that was hidden under over grown weeds is shocking and unsafe for a family with children or in any way is not expected when we moved into house. We are more frustrated about the presence of stones which are not the size that we can easily pick up with our bare hands , its a pretty much good number of rubble and broken slabs stuck and jutted out from the ground and uneven ,unlevelled , bumpy ground which should have been cleared out.
