22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)They would not stop calling me, even after specific requests to be removed from the calling lists. Eventually, I had to make a GDPR request with their head office to have my data removed.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. From the moment I found the property, David guided me through every step of the process, making it smooth and stress-free. Even after I moved in, he was quick to respond to an emergency situation outside of working hours and provided the support I needed.
26th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Rented us a propeety with a broken boiler then failed to resolve for 3 months during the winter with a newborn in the house. Then had an illegal installation of a boiler by an unqualified person and denied any liability when i queried them on it. Then failed to carry out any pre tenancy works. When we pushed back they ignored all claims of liability and the landlord had to step in to clear up the mess. Acted without morals or professionalism throughout. Never encountered such a poor operation. Do not rent via this business.
15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this review only because of Kerry. She made the check in and check out very smooth. She was extremely polite and helpful. Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoyed my stay with interlet and would definitely avail their facilities in the future.

17th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Video footage of a BMW I3 driving recklessly nearly made an old chap crash the car the guy had to pull over and had to bring himself back as he was in that much shock. On top of that the guy had two kids at the back with no belts on no car seats furthermore they was play fighting at the back of the car. If there’s a email where I can send the footage I’m more then happy to if Sterling can deal with the situation accordingly the video would not need to circulate all over the media BMW I3 RX19 KYO

I am beginning my second year renting from them and they have made the process very smooth - Abdul in particular has been very helpful in moving the process along. I highly recommend!

However, when you are a tenant they do not care about you at all. They were completely unhelpful when portions of the building were falling apart, and they gave me no contact information for the building manager. It was only because of a neighbor that I received the information we needed to literally enter the building. And when my heat went out in the middle of December, the only helpful solution I was provided was a link to a space heater, and the email was sent past 9pm when I tried to reach out at 2pm. The heating problem could have also been prevented if the agency listened to the recommendation of the man who came to inspect my gas and electric FOUR MONTHS prior to the incident.\ When I informed them that I would not be renewing my lease, they brought in several individuals to the apartment either without informing me OR informing me five minutes prior to their arrival, which is against the law. When I would refuse they would be extremely rude, and one lettings agent, Jamal, said that I was "much more pleasant when we first met" which was just unprofessional and uncalled for. 18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.

24th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)Met a wonderful chap named Daniel who was utterly phenomenal to both me an my mum. For context, we jumped into the London flat market at one of the worst possible times in the year, so we were frantically moving between agencies trying to secure a place. Daniel was quick to show us our options and was incredibly patient whilst we inundated him with many (probably frustrating) questions. Additionally, even though I was the only one moving into London, he patiently entertained any concerns my mum had about the properties and was fully transparent about safety, a topic she was particularly interested in. For anyone new to the area, I cannot recommend Daniel enough.
