Unlike other estate agents who were pushy and sometimes unprofessional to make the sale, Sohail was informative, honest and gave me space to view the property. I viewed multiple properties on multiple occasions with him and he always provided all the information I needed and did not withold any issues. Highly satisfied customer here and would recommend to other.

I lived in a Stirling Ackroyd property for 18 months, and on the few occasions a problem arose, I knew I could reach out to Terri and she would handle it, without the need for silly online forms, portals or waiting on hold for hours. End of tenancy was wrapped up by her within a few weeks - substantially less painful than any end of tenancy I've previously had.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I just completed the process of moving flats with Hunters and I'm really pleased with how they dealt with it and supported us throughout. Sam and Gokhan were very helpful initially with viewings and offer-related questions, and then Amber took us through the referencing, income checks and contract completion seamlessly. Amber was great at solving minor hiccups we had with referencing and extremely quick at responding to and acting on our concerns. Everyone at Hunters is lovely and a pleasure to interact with, especially during what is a really stressful process!

I discovered that the bed frame was damaged when I arrived, and she responded very quickly, contacted the maintenance team straight away, and arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. Thanks to her support, the issue was resolved without causing any disruption to my move-in. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.
