The lettings team is simply superb, very friendly, and professional. Very pleased with their services. We have been with Knight Frank in Canary Wharf for nearly 2 years, and have always felt very well looked after. Christopher Paxton is excellent at understanding your needs, and will find the perfect property for you to suit your requirements. Anna Thomas (Property Management) is fantastic -- very responsive and tremendously helpful at sorting out any issues you might have. Excellent team, and great service.... Read more

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.... Read more

Peach Property Shoreditch sent me a deal I’ve accepted and placed a deposit to secure the property I was meant to move to, at the beginning, all went well. Turns out I contacted them two weeks before moving date as I still didn’t receive any contract to sign and when they do I ask them two super simple questions I had about the contract – One was about the move in date that has been agreed with their agent, Carrie, to be done on the 30th. Because I was currently living two streets away she assured me that I could come a week earlier to start moving things some days during that week with no issue (as I was next door I could have carried boxes by feet). Anyway, while asking the questions I was dealing with another person called Nick, property manager who’s been completely unhelpful and disrespectful – Firstly Ive been told that if I wanted to come in to move things a week before I had to start the contract earlier even if it was just for one day to move things in – Which I found a bit cheeky since I’ve not been told I had to pay a full week of rent early to do that when I visited the property and placed a deposit for it – And when I asked questions about the contract, they were just not flexible to discuss it and became really irritated and told me to basically take it or leave it and if I wasn’t happy, they’d cancel the deal and put it back on the market. Of course I wanted to move in this flat more than anything (and would be homeless a week after if I didn’t!) plus I was travelling abroad for work! I tried to call them about 5 time to discuss the issues – but no one answered. Which lead me to receive an email 5mn after the tentative of calls, telling me they were cancelling the contract because the landlady wasn’t confortable with renting me the property anymore ! It’s truly unacceptable coming from an agency to not support the clients they have as tenants. They never gave me a reason why she cancelled the contract and I’ve been in a really difficult and stressful situation because of that. They’ve offered no help to help me find another place for me and they actually put back the flat on the market for a lot more than it has been offered to me when I visited - Which proves clearly the reason why they cancelled the deal was truly to make some more money out of it. If you are a tenant I urge you to look for another agency to work with as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in 10 years living in London and is clearly unacceptable in a human way to do something like that to someone. I’ve contacted the manager – Chris, who had the audacity to tell me that it “doesn’t benefit them in anyway to start the process again as we now also have advertising costs, reference costs and time to try and find a new tenant.” I’ve also mentioned – unless they’d provide any explications or help (they didn’t) – I will make sure I will leave reviews online to report their attitude and way to treat tenants and they’ve mentioned they will take actions against me if I was doing this because it would be “false claims” when all I’m doing is stating what happened to me to make sure this never happens to someone else because it’s been an awful and disgusting experience.... Elizabeth helped find the perfect flat according to my success criteria. I showed up without appointment in the morning and she welcome me, we went through the usual questions but also question to understand my personality. By noon, I had relevant ad in my inbox and secured visits based on my feedback. By 7pm we had visited 4 flats in about an hour, all fitting my expectations. By 8 pm, we made an offer to get one of them which got accepted. I appreciate Elizabeth efforts in the post-offer interactions to get the paperwork done and being the key link between me, Tenancy team and the landlord. Thanks again.... Read more

After viewing a flat, my wife and I put a holding deposit down this property later that evening. The next day (Friday), I received a call from Morgan Randall telling us 'Congratulations the landlord has accepted your offer' and 'we will take the property off the market'. Additionally, after I asked if I could cancel any viewings I had arranged for the weekend, they gave me the go-ahead and reassurance to do so. During this call, we were also told that a property manager will be in touch with us on Monday. With their confirmation, we also handed in our notice for the place we were currently renting. When we didn't hear from the property manager (Mon-Wed), we tried to get in contact with Morgan Randall via emails, WhatsApp and calls repeatedly. When we do try to call, we get the standard reply of 'They will call you back' which we never received. Over WhatsApp however, we were told that they will get things sorted for us. On Thursday, after not hearing from the property manager again, we called Morgan Randall repeatedly until we they finally responded notifying us that that the landlord has accepted an offer with another agency. This means we were left with NO HOUSE A WEEK BEFORE WE WERE MEANT TO MOVE IN. We don't doubt that the team was working hard to sort out the issue but clearly we deserved much greater transparency over the issue. As far as we were concerned, the flat was ours, hence if we had at least been aware that there was any issue we may have been able to assess our other options. Instead, we received the unpleasant surprise that we had less than a week to find somewhere else to live. The Morgan Randall team promised to do their best to assist us with finding a new place, following which we received no further correspondence from them. When we wrote a formal complaint e-mail, they said 'the landlord decided to accept another offer and the Lettings team informed you of this as soon as possible. Having said this, we agree that communication should have been better during the process and calls ought to have been returned. We will be reviewing these matters internally and providing further training so this does not happen going forward.' It seems they have not acknowledged the issue that we complained about. We were told that the landlord accepted our offer and that the property would be taken off the market - NOT that the landlord was still considering the offer. Those are two very different things. Additionally, we were only told when we called them repeatedly, they did not call us to break the news. Their ability to provide training for this is somewhat questionable when they don't seem to be able to acknowledge the cause of the issue. Needless to say that we are extremely disappointed in and shocked by the lack of professionalism by Morgan Randall, Canary Wharf and we will most definitely not be recommending them.... Read more

Sorry for saying this but my first experience with a member of Olympia properties wasn't so good. I have been invited for viewing by the agent Marco Tom. The appointment was confirmed but when I came to the office I have been told that the property had gone and the gentleman wasn't able to offer me anything else as a replacement. I am absolutely able to understand the dynamics of the market but I would expect a professional agency representative at least to respect their prospective client's time and to inform them in advance when they have nothing to sell.... Sam has been attentive in mediating between us (the tenants) and the landlord. Thanks to Sam the Landlord was flexible in letting us hold on to some of the existing furniture and have the rest put into storage free of charge for us. Thanks! (dropped a star only because comms back-and-forth can sometimes take a few days.. some of which is likely due to the landlord being in a different time zone)... Read more
