From day 1 - knowledge of the market, understanding buyer psychology and pricing - they did everything and beyond to get viewings / offers and to make the whole process move when previously the property was on the market for 1 year and couldnt move. Throughout the process they held my hand, and were relentless and diligent in following up with the buyer and each sides lawyers and making sure they pushed the process to the end - up to agreeing dates, conditions, outstanding queries. Super impressive and now I understand why people say Foxton simply gets the job done. A pleasure and great reassurance to work with - and thank you for supporting me to the finish line!
20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Shadey agency who refuses to send me my rental statements as proof they've received rent from me during my tenancy. Shoddy record keeping and billing practices by issuing me an invoice for rent after expiration of my tenancy and failing to keep their portal correct with updated information regarding tenancy end date. They hide behind an excuse of miscommunication despite there being a clear record of communication on these specific details. Lettings manager and agent undertook to send me my rental statements on 17 April - requested on the 15th- its the 20th April today and still nothing, despite this being my personal data. I'd never trust them or recommend them to anyone.

28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

He has made himself fully available, is a wealth of knowledge and has been incredibly patient in explaining the process. He has gone above and beyond, He has stayed after hours to accompany us for various viewings to ensure our confidence it was the perfect flat for us. 16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

Would recommend renting through them, Sol in particular was very welcoming and was with us every step of the way.- 31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.
