I met Katrina (or might have been Katherine) back in 2023 doing letter dropping for selling properties and she was so helpful and impressive I got in touch with Steve and he provided the most professional, compassionate and insightful service. When my late husband passed away, it was Bourne I went to without hesitation to sell my property. They listened to me and reassured me every step of the way. I got more for my property than I thought I would and they followed through with what they said they could deliver. It happened quickly and at every turn I felt looked after. The after care has been great too. I can’t recommend them enough - they are honest, genuine, trustworthy and lovely people too. Best estate agents I’ve ever come across! Thank you so much Steve and the team!
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
2nd Feb 2026 (7 days ago)We’ve just had a worst experience with SJSmith letting agency! Please do not rent from them. Absolute nightmare. They took a £500 holding deposits. Assured us property is held for us. We passed our references then they gave the property to someone else and said because we couldn’t move in sooner. I have proof they confirmed the date we could move in, I gave notice to my landlord. They have caused so much stress. Most rubbish agency I’ve ever dealt with.
8th Feb 2026 (1 day ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

1st Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Belvoir have been our property managers for the last 14 years while we've lived overseas. They've been great at communication, and they have done a very good job helping to keep our house in good condition, and with good quality tenants. When the time came to sell it, they went the extra distance to help, and it completed in good time. Highly recommend them!
27th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

9th Jan 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent service from Mel and his team. I met Mel along with other high street agents in dealing with my Grandmothers property following her passing. Mel stood out in his extensive knowledge of the area, no nonsense approach and straight up advice. He didn't overcomplicate anything and was very down to earth, and explained the process clearly, and didn't put any unnecessary pressure on during what was a distressing time for us as a family. Mel had the property marketed, and people to view within a matter of weeks and the first viewer took the property. We were updated on the progress throughout by Mel, always felt at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble. Phones calls and questions always answered and replied to and we were well looked after with utmost efficiency and professionalism. His years of experience definitely shone through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mel and the team at Hipps to anyone.

They found me a buyer and made it happen. And they were lovely to deal with. Watch out for others with a tenuous relationship with truth and ethics!

Their communication is excellent, they are kind, considerate and when I suffered a horrible accident, they continued to handle the sale of our house with compassion and care. Thoroughly recommend Jigsaw to sell your house and would also to buy from! They are simply excellent!!

24th Jan 2026 (16 days ago)I had a rental flat in Guildford To Let. Matthew and the whole of the rental team worked hard to find me a tenant and provided excellent customer service. They were constantly updating me on viewings, always there when I called, to answer my queries and assist me where needed. They have now found me tenants who moved in today. I would like to send a big thank you. I would recommend Curchods Guildford.

We originally bought our first home through him and had such a positive experience we immediately knew we would hire him when we went on to sell - and we are so glad we did! Him and his carefully selected team made the process very smooth and personalised. Mark always updated us immediately and was easily contactable whenever we had questions. He was proactive and professional, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We don’t live locally so Clare Beavis managed all the viewings and kept us well informed about outcomes and feedback. Clare communicated with us so well and was very supportive in terms of making sure my sisters and I stayed on the same page throughout the process. The sale wasn’t straightforward due to our buyers chain but Clare was excellent in chasing up solicitors and keeping the process moving. The service we received was highly efficient but always with a very personal and friendly approach I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else planning to move house.

10th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
