They also were more than helpful in the various pre contract enquiries and getting back to me promptly. Zuzanna at CSJ was particularly good! I'm very happy in my new home.

31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

4th May 2025 (19 days ago)I am very pleased that I had to deal with Mr Giles Sparkes from Foxtons in Guildford because he was 100% dedicated, professional, he has excellent communication skills and made me feel comfortable and confident when he was dealing with the sale of my property and especially during the process to exchange and completion where he coordinated everyone so well. Thanks to all the team that supported Mr Sparkes to achieve the successful results which shows that he is a good team leader as well.

They really did go the extra mile for us and pushed out all the stops to get any problems sorted as smoothly as possible. 24th Apr 2025 (29 days ago)I've rented many properties in my life and dealt with many estate / letting agents - Glenn and Godfrey (and team) are the best that I've dealt with. They have been very informative, polite and understanding with all of their communications. Any issues that I had with the property were handled quickly and to a high standard, they followed up with me and made sure that everything was ok following any work that had to be undertaken. I've just moved out of a property that they acquired and managed for me, the check-in and out processes were very thorough and I was kept in the loop regarding all issues including anything to do with finances. All in all I would highly recommend Belvoir and the team and would have no concerns about renting another property from them again in the future, thank you for your help and for taking good care of me over the past couple of years !

12th Jan 2025 (19 weeks ago)The initial meet up with Mel was very friendly, chatty and informative plus Mel knew the area well but most of all No hard sell. No wasteful fancy brochures (to us was a bonus) all the information we needed to see about agents, sales/selling/prices was available on online property portals. I think it was the 3rd or 4th viewing we had an offer. So early days but so far so good.

If he hadn't gone out of his way to arrange viewings and get through all of the barriers we faced throughout the process, I wouldn't have my house now - so I am very grateful to him. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have often had to put up with poor service one way or another but genuinely couldn't fault these guys. Jack was always happy to help, always made time and it never felt like a problem. Thank you so much :)
