I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.
10th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)Hunters are the best!!! From the moment Dev came round and valued our house I knew they were the right estate agents to go with!! They sold our property straight away!! Once sold we were introduced to Helen!! Helen does all the chasing, she chases solicitors to get things speeded up and also your buyer to make sure everything is going smoothly at there end!! Helen was just absolutely amazing!!! She really was the star of the show!!! So if you’re thinking of putting your property on the market please go with Hunters they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and as I have said Helen was amazing!!! Tony&Leesa

Anita and Poonam are exceptionally helpful and very kind, their Account staffs also doing great job. Overall, I am going to rate them 5*****

27th Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
14th Mar 2025 (8 days ago)I feel like we had a fairly typical experience of a local estate agents. Initial valuation was done quickly and with examples of local properties they have sold. Not too much guidance given on sales price, more ‘let’s put it on the market and see’. Online ad was very basic and missed out a lot of key selling details, even when reminded. Ended up with just one viewing, one offer, which is a blessing and a curse, as the offer was £20k below asking after two rounds of negotiations. Told we could continue to advertise and host viewings, but ultimately that did not happen as the buyer was keen for a quick purchase. Still in conveyancing so cannot comment too much on that side of things, but feel better having C&W at the end of the phone than an online agent. Was it worth the £££s additional? Not sure. Introduced us to a great local solicitor. New person at C&W takes over at each stage of the process which has its pros and cons - you get an expert but you never know who’s the main point of contact.

Dan was brilliant through the whole process, very honest and I trusted him wholeheartedly. Joanne was great in the office, always picked up the phone if I called and responded quickly if it was an email. I cant recommend Oakmont Property Consultants Ltd enough, I’ve put everyone I know onto them !! Trustworthy, quick and worth every penny ????????????????????????

A very personal service with so much advise on the market and figures and options and how to place a secure offer the other end and grounding my decisions. Me and my husband are so impressed. Our family have used Durden and Hunt before so we knew to only approach Durden and Hunt. The branch is very friendly and helpful for walk ins and quick to book appointments and home visits and they don’t push for sales they give you what you need and let you realise they are the lead agent to use!! Very pleased.
