Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

What makes a great company is the people and the whole team at Sheridans just go above and beyond, every member of their team just couldn’t do enough to help, extremely professional and very personable. We sold through Sheridans they kept us informed throughout, every viewing we were always given feedback, they offered to do all viewings if we were not available. They give you 100% confidence Added bonus After Sheridans sold our property we were extremely fortunate that the new home we purchased was also being offered through Sheridans. Yet again the team worked extremely hard to help us throughout the whole process, putting us in touch with solicitors etc. We got to know the whole team who always made us feel so welcome. We would like to say a massive thank you to Tim Sheridan, Matt, Kathryn D, Kathryn C, Jo, Iain, Brooke, Bella and not forgetting the office dog, you are all absolutely amazing. From start to finish it was a smooth efficient service , always kept informed , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you :)

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
27th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)One of the waste auctions houses I have ever bid beware if you don't pay on time they will raid your bank account and take there money with out your authorisation and then when they have there money because you were late threaten to resale abd if you think that's bad they then block you by the saleroom so take my advice avoided like the plague ray carr
14th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)I had an appointment on September 13th at 2 PM to view a property organized by Whittley Parish. I informed the agent that I was traveling from London and would leave as soon as possible; Google Maps estimated a 90-minute drive. Unfortunately, due to several roadworks, the drive took over 2 hours, and I arrived 17 minutes late. When I called the agent to explain my delay, I was told that I had missed the appointment and should return back to London. Despite my efforts to reach them, the agent showed no concern whatsoever. there was no sympathy for the the inconvenience caused by the extended travel time. I was left feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and empathy. In my opinion, and being friday the 13th, Lindsey needed to get back to her cauldron and could not make any exceptions. It’s disappointing to have had such a negative experience with Whittley Parish. I plan to share my experience on social media to highlight how unprofessional their service was.

Dan is approachable, friendly, professional and most importantly, proactive in his approach to looking after his clients and buyers. I'm really grateful to have had their support.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. There was a house further up the street which is almost identical to ours and was up for sale and a couple tried to buy the other house but failed was interested in ours. Your representative came to us and asked if it would be alright for the couple to view ours. We cleared it with the estate agent we were with if it would be OK for them to view. They said it would allow a one contract one viewing. The couple came and viewed and put an offer in the next day. So the house was sold. You can thank your representative for being on the ball.

Rachel was particularly helpful throughout the sale, keeping me informed and supporting with a variety of queries I had as things progressed. Winkworth were professional, thorough and really easy to deal with - I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home and will return to them when I begin house hunting in the future.
