17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Neil from Set to Let in Leicester was wonderful from beginning to end. He got an excellent price for my flat and was very helpful when the solicitors involved were less than ideal. He was always available on the telephone and couldn’t do enough to help pre sale and post sale.
21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.
30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)I never recommend this real estate company, customer service and service are very bad, even though I called and sent messages request for my previous contract to the Leicester head office, they never responded even once????
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)We listed the property with a well known estate agent in our area in February 2023 however, were unable to secure a sale for our property. The agent over-valued the property and this caused a wave of potential buyers to lose interest quickly. I ended up selling my house for 38k lesser than the agent listing price. I gave them 6 months and with hardly any genuine buyers and deadline not being met (we didn’t want to lose our ongoing purchases as we were in a chain), we took our property off the market and sold the house privately.

20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)If my experience with them are any indicator of their service then I would steer well clear. After reporting issues with one of their properties over a week ago I'm still waiting to hear back. Not good enough. Update. After pursuing them regarding fences over two weeks ago they have not even replied to my email. If you have property you wish to rent please go elsewhere as they have no interest in anything other than taking your money.
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)I’ve recently been dealing with Imogen Holmes regarding my mortgage application and what a pleasure it’s been so far.. I’m a first time buyer and it was really daunting until Imogen explained the whole process and made it so much easier.. She replied back to my emails really quick and was always there to help When I needed advice ???? She set up Teams meetings to explain everything which helped out massively, she was really prompt and precise and found me a mortgage I was happy with.. I can’t fault the effort she put in, acting professionally through out and doing her job absolutely spot on!! Thankyou so far you’ve been amazing ????

18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Waste of time. I have booked a flat viewing 2 days ago for today 2 pm. Shared mine and my husband's details. We turned up and no one was here, when we rang, we were told the flat is taken and apparently we have been updated. Do not even bother.
8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Bro I was in the process of taking a shop which is owned by this company via a leaseholder and just realised that this company are the most selfish people I have ever met. They have increased the rent for that shop by 25 percent more and continue to do so for the next 5 years for the leaseholder. And the sad think was they said we don't care the tenent will have to pay the rent for the next 5 years for his lease period. And the shops next to this shop go for less than half the rent. Keep away from such people they need to understand what is theft of people's money. I hope trading standards read this review. Shonki you need you sink soon. This is not made up story this is a real. Shop toblet on London road I hope the lease holder gets help from someone to stop this day light robbery. Google should have a zero rating in place now for such companies.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Amazing experience with this firm, Anne is amazing as well as all the other staff, very good communication, professional and helpful at all times, they care for the buyer as well as the vendors which is great, they also keep in touch regularly at each stage of the buying process, and contact solicitors etc. Fabulous from start to finish would highly recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
23rd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Honestly, where do I start.... Fraser Stretton went the extra miles, they went above and beyond and their service was incomparable. I had my property on the market with 2 other estate agents before Fraser Stretton and I had a really bad experience, but when Fraser Stretton stepped in, it was just so easy, terms and conditions were transparent, the team were easy to get hold of always and they made the process so much easier for us. The Leicester based estate agency Fraser Stretton had taken amazing pictures, great floorplans, excellent descriptions/valuation services and excellent service to potential buyers to my property. And I was updated thoroughly and often! They gave me the reassurance and really came through, finding a buyer for my property and liaising as a middle ground. They even made a WhatsApp group to keep me and my family updated as we were not staying at the property when it was on the market. I want to thank the team at Fraser Stretton each those who helped so much, absolutely impeccable service especially from Charlie Hill and Harry Hennessy! Additionally Sofia and Elise were always there to answer calls and get the background work done whenever I needed! I couldn't have asked for any better and I would pick Fraser Stretton a million times over!
