11th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I would highly recommend Knightsbridge Estate Agents. From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive and helpful. Ben carried out the valuation of my home and stayed in regular contact while I wasn’t quite ready to put it on the market, which I really appreciated. Once I was ready, everything moved quickly and efficiently—Ben arranged the photos and had the property listed in no time. Amy and Libby were fantastic at keeping me informed about viewings and feedback, and Denise ensured I was regularly updated throughout the exchange and completion process. The whole team was excellent, always taking the time to offer advice whenever I was unsure about anything. Thank you all so much!
15th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

From the very beginning, Niomi was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. She kept me well-informed at every stage, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly, and their communication between all parties (including solicitors and the seller) was efficient and well-coordinated.

11th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)This is the second time that we have used Moore and York estate agents to sell our property...our satisfaction with the company the first time around in 2016 led us to appoint them again in 2025 without seeking to appoint any of the competition. All of their members of staff with whom we had contact with were truly magnificent in helping us to sell our bungalow.... this includes Terral,John,Nik,George,and Beth. A word of advice to those wanting to sell their existing property in a reasonable time particularly if the funds from the sale of that property are needed to finance their next property purchase... ..................."BE PREPARED TO NEGOTIATE..!" There is absolutely no point in putting your property on the market for it then to languish for weeks and months at a higher price that runs counter to any reasonable pricing advice that have previously been given to you by your appointed estate agent...." IF THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR THE MARKET TO BEAR THEN IT WILL NOT SELL...PARTICULARLY IF YOU NEED THE FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF YOUR EXISTING PROPERTY TO FUND THE NEXT PROPERTY PURCHASE TO WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN LOVE WITH...YOU WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL BE DISAPPOINTED .." He was by far the best person in our whole buying/selling process, super responsive and proactive and always chasing things in the background and helpful when we needed anything. Has also been very responsive post completion in getting the last things over the line. Would highly recommend and would happily use them again in the future. Thanks, Dipul.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The Keyworth branch recently handled the sale of my mum's home. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. Matt, Sarah, Harry and Donna were all professional and friendly. Matt saw the house to value it and explained how it should be priced to get maximum interest. He was right as we ended up with more than the asking price. The team managed all our viewings which saved us time and travelling. Communication was very good by Email and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Keyworth branch of Royston and Lund for anyone needing to sell their house.

7th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Not a very nice mortage adviser. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience. Likewise, will not be using their service again as they were negative about our current situation like I have said.
