He went above and beyond showing me multiple properties and really took the time to understand what would suit me and my small family. Even though we haven’t found the right place yet, his effort, patience, and dedication have been outstanding. I rate that.

Had great communication with Poonam and Priya . They both were really helpful and fast at getting back to us. They made our process as first time buyers easy and stress free. I would highly recommend.

She was fantastic in her easy to follow, well articulated updates during the stressful time of selling our property. 26th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I am disappointed with the level of service I received from Connells in Oadby during the sale of my property. As the seller, I expected my instructions and interests to be appropriately represented throughout the process. However, it appeared at several points that greater emphasis was placed on accommodating the buyer, rather than acting in accordance with my position as the client. This was particularly evident on the day of completion, when I did not receive any communication — by phone or email — to confirm that completion had taken place. Given the significance of this milestone, I found the lack of contact both surprising and unacceptable. Overall, the experience fell short of the professional standard I expected, and I feel let down by the handling of the sale.

20th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)BE AWARE??SCAMMERS ??Such an AWFUL and HORRIBLE agency it is and very rude to clients and especially foreigners ?..they don’t even deserve even a single star ????this what happened.we saw the flat online phoned them,and actually went to their office in queens road.we agreed on the viewing date.mind you no one else had viewed the property.on the day of viewing,the lady claimed that she took the wrong key for the property ????we had to organise another appointment.we did view the property and immediately paid the holding fee.paperwork started.sent everything they needed.according to them,the landlord had accepted us.I waited for 7 days for their response to know what next ,no response no emails,no nothing.phoned them and said the landlord considered someone else.i was very pissed off coz av been waiting for 7days and they didn’t have the courtesy to even communicate.anyways I told them I need my money back asap.glad av received my holding back..back they’re ????rubbish,and also very rude to foreigners.BE AWARE!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!???

27th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)First time we’ve used Martin & Co, they were recommended to us .Excellent photos,video etc . Travis showed the first viewers round and we sold on that viewing. He kept us posted on all updates and went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly.Regular phone calls between us both which he never failed to answer. Don’t think I’d have managed without his help .A massive thank you to you .

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

16th Nov 2025 (12 weeks ago)I rang Readings to inquire about a level 3 survey for the property I’m purchasing. I spoke to Louise and the questions I asked were answered very professionally. Her services were excellent and prompt. Always helpful, polite and patient and very pleasant. The level 3 service was carried out by James and can’t thank him enough for the excellent out standing service I received. The report was detailed clearly and easy to follow.. He is very prompt on returning my calls and emails. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND READING to anyone require they services. Thank you once again. S Noray

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Oct 2025 (17 weeks ago)I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassurance

Their communication has been outstanding — we were always kept fully in the loop and never left wondering what was happening.
