3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)If I could leave a 0 I would. Management is non existent which then shows in the lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff. Awful wouldn’t recommend buying, selling or renting with them.
9th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.
22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience whilst renting with Newton Fallowell Oadby. I reported numerous of repairs including mould issues in the property which were ignored. I reported a rat infestation within our outdoor communal area and was told to contact pest control myself. I was left without a working heater in the living room in a property that is extremely cold. Snotty/rude responses via email when I questioned why they were raising the rent considering said repairs had not been carried out. Also when vacating the property they withheld my deposit due to ‘repairs’ which most of which I had previously reported which has now left me with £75 out of a £495 deposit.
4th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Avoid renting with them. Immersion in the water tank broke down and Martin & Co send a technician that after couple of visits did not fix it. I warned Martin & Co that if the boiler were to break down (is an old one), I would have no hot water, but they disregard my email. 4 weeks after that the boiler broke down. I told them there is no hot water in the apartment but after a week they have done nothing and I am still with no hot water. When I meal them they reply with excuses saying they are tracking down the contractors to get an estimate or that they have contacted the landlord but got an out of office reply. Avoid Martin & Co at all cost, they don't care about you they just care about not upsetting the landlord. Check their reviews in Trustpilot for more accurate ones
