As a first time buyer having gone to a few different estate agents I can confidently say that going forward with Connells was the best decision I made. The mortgage advisor Sian Williams was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to clearly explain everything and always kept me updated which was very appreciated especially as a first time buyer. I will definitely recommend their services.

I found my phone calls answered extremely quickly (no dealing with a non human as is the case nowadays) the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for. My property is sold subject to contract quicker than I expected.

After a lengthy process trying to find a suitable home, and many viewings with various agencies, we finally found our forever home with Matt & what a pleasant and stress free experience it was. From originally viewing the property, I found matt to be extremely helpful and informative, he sold the property EXTREMELY well & I did notice how knowledgeable he was on the area, any questions we had were answered promptly & matt seemed to have a genuine desire to help. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and quick, which was imperative for us. Also dealt with Nicola, who was extremely helpful too! Overall a lovely estate agents who I would recommend to anyone selling or looking for their home. Thanks guys!

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Amazing experience with this firm, Anne is amazing as well as all the other staff, very good communication, professional and helpful at all times, they care for the buyer as well as the vendors which is great, they also keep in touch regularly at each stage of the buying process, and contact solicitors etc. Fabulous from start to finish would highly recommend.

12th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
