Massive thank you to everyone at Bentons! Big thank you to Robyn who has looked after us amazingly, very lovely and down to earth, she kept calling us, emailing us to just check in how we are doing and pushing the application further so that it’s completed quicker! Massive thank you to Jody the agent who showed us the house initially! Very lovely and bubbly personality! Answered all our questions! Thank you to all the other agents at Bentons who picked up calls very quickly, took messages, answered general questions and forwarded our calls to Jody. Thank you everyone ????????

26th Oct 2025 (21 days ago)The team has been fantastic throughout the whole process. They were proactive, kept me updated, and even chased the solicitor to make sure everything got sorted quickly. Their support made the whole experience much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them!
30th Oct 2025 (17 days ago)I signed up with Connells expecting proactive support, marketing expertise, and clear communication. I was sold the dream at the valuation. Instead, I faced several issues: • Promised interest from several potential buyers already on their books which didn’t materialise. • I had to correct mistakes in the marketing materials myself not just once, but twice, including reviewing and proofreading the photos and copy which had many errors and spelling mistakes. Photographs were edited clumsily, and copy was full of errors and missing information. • After 14 days, there were still no viewings and minimal communication from the team, with me having to constantly chase for updates. I exercised my 14-day cooling-off period due to these issues. I hope the agency can improve their communication and professionalism for future clients as they have just wasted my time. I also want to add that they are charging some of the highest fees in the area, so you don’t necessarily get what you pay for.
2nd Nov 2025 (14 days ago)I can't praise the staff at Connells, every time I went there, I and my wife was always greeted with a smile, Nicola who we delt with for our purchase was like meeting with a friend, she made everything so easy for us, including sending our signed contracts to Premier. then life hits you the last visit to get the keys and it was the whole staff saying a last good bye, marks out of 100, in all honesty i do give them 100.
24th Oct 2025 (23 days ago)I have had the pleasure of dealing with David Robinson Estate Agents on a couple of occasions. Each time it has been an easy, informative and straight forward process. They are easily contactable whether its by phone, email or in person. They keep you updated without ever needing prompting. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent or buy to check out their properties as I can honestly say the customer service you get is exceptional. All of the staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble. I mostly dealt with Chloe, who is an asset to David Robinson Estate Agents. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

And Sam in getting my property on the market was exceptionally helpful. They could not have done any more for us. Excellent firm, top recommendation.

13th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassurance

Although, it was at times quite a complicated process he was there helping and supporting me every step of the way and kept me completely in the loop at all times. He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful. Everybody in the office was helpful and very professional however ,Joe was absolutely fabulous . Massive thank you Joe ????

Great communication throughout the whole process found a buyer for the property within a week ???? Even though we had a lengthy chain they managed to provide the necessary to make sure it exchanged. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
