From the first day dealing with Daniel has been incredible supportive, Always prompt with his replies and effectively addressing my various requests. He consistently liaised with us on all matters, Ensuring everything was handled smoothly. His dedication attention to detail has truly made this progress seamless. I highly recommend Hyde Estate and Letting agency for their professional and reliable and fantastic service.
2nd Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share how great my experience has been with Cardwells. The team made the whole process from start to finish feel very manageable. They were always so helpful and available for guidance whenever it was required. Would recommend to everyone and will certainly be using them again in future!

Everytime I needed to arrange another viewing for the property I bought with them, Geraldine and Melissa always managed to slot me in their busy diaries, within a few days to visit the property. I must have met both Geraldine and Melissa, 2 times each lol and Shauna was extremely helpful regarding a particular issue which she managed to quickly resolve within a new hours. I would definitely use them again if I was to ever move again. Thanks ladies ????

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
