4th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.
15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)We have used Hydes to sell my late parents home, what was an emotional sale was made effortless by Antony. From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. Thank you.

To have this pleasant experience is honestly like a blessing, especially after dealing with another horrible letting agency. in the past. The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. The apartment was in excellent order on moving in and i was informed who would be my property manager going forward.

1st Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)If you’re looking to sell or let your property, I would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier estate agents especially the Cheetham Hill branch. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.
21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.

We were lucky enough to have the same agent again (Katie), who is amazing at her job and always kept us in the loop with everything. She really helped us with speeding up the process of our sale. 5th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)These people are not reloyable and don’t trust their telling lies about houses when they call customers to check or see the house person reaching their office they refuse to give hous one day they call my family to see house when they are reached there office they said house has given for rent then why you ring them totally fraud

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Alex was our agent and from valuation right through to completion he was nothing but professional and efficient. Communication is vital in the world of selling and buying and Alex was always on hand to guide us through and overcome any obstacles. I cannot rate them enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much ????
