When we needed tact, diplomacy and reassurance she was there for us. She was always totally honest, straightforward and direct, so that we knew exactly where we were at any time. She has seemingly boundless energy and, when the occasion arose, she was a real fighter on our behalf. Above all, she understands the sometimes subtle art of successful negotation. Sophie is a real winner, who deserves to rise high within the organisation. Sitting now in the first day of our new home, we cannot thank her enough. Ronnie & Nicki
11th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

23rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)As a British Citizen living in Melbourne Australia, I have used the letting services of Glenhall for 7 years. Also, recently to sell my 1 bedroom flat in New Southgate N11. Having known Farooq and his understanding of lettings, I decided he was the best representitive to alleivate the process of procuring a legal conveyancer and for Glenhall Estates to market the flat. Well, I could ask for no more. Clear communication from Farooq and his understanding of the timings and completion. Also, delicatley communicating with (myself!) the conveyancer, tenants and the buyer. Farooq! Cheers! Flat sold! Lee Phillips

They are fully behind the client and make the sell or buy very smooth. To pick up the phone or sending emails and to get a reply straight away always helps. Keep up the good work guys.

Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

I was desperate to complete before Christmas as I was potentially homeless and Jon pulled out every stop to make sure this happened. I cannot thank him enough.
27th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Was lucky to have IC PROPERTY manage the flats I currently live in. I found them to be reach-able and have a fast Response. They dealt with some major issues that a past management had ignored for a long time, also massively improved the building and had a community approach with some issues we had going on. All in all professional, helpful, efficient. Recommend.

24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

11th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the landlords they represent. They took ages to fix various things in our flat, including the hot water last autumn. They took very long to get back to us when we raised issues and even then we received replies that were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they took 3+ months to resolve our dispute and continued to take 0 ownership or responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
12th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)1 star is too much for this establishment, the worst estate agent known to man, I would not trust them at all, kept over 50% of out deposit for a small stain on the carpet, and charged us for a professional cleaning service at the end of the tenancy, when it was never cleaned when we first moved in, I got the entire flat pained before moving out but charges as for marks on the wall. They will invade your privacy with unannounced property visits and use the set of key they hold to gain entry. Very very bad communication. I would head for the hills if I came across them again Good luck and stay away
