Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team at Pattison Lane made the process much easier with their helpfulness and, above all, their kindness. I had numerous questions—some quite trivial—but my letting agent Katie was always patient and responsive, answering each one with care. I’d also like to give a special mention to Natalie and Melaina, who were just as kind. I highly recommend Pattison Lane as an estate agent for their exceptional service and genuine support.

It was a great property so she immediately got the process started and I moved in just a few days later. She even came after her work timings just for the handover so I could move in early. So happy with the quick responses and efforts poured in!

She makes working with Connells an absolute pleasure. I really appreciate her effort towards securing us a mortgage offer. Looking forward to more pleasant deals with connells.
23rd Sep 2024 (30 days ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.

8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)I have had dealings with Chelton Brown Sales and Lettings and I have found both sides extremly professional, efficient and helpful. I was very impressed with how quickly the professional shots are taken and the property advertised. Tenant interest is almost instant. Chelton Brown has a stringent referencing process, which is reassuring for Landlords. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Mario from the sales side and the whole team from the lettings side.
18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
26th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)From the minute we contacted Campbells about a property to the first viewing we were incredibly impressed with the ‘not the norm’ estate agent process. No hard sell, incredible area knowledge, excellent property knowledge and best of all incredibly friendly and helpful people. Unfortunately, for personal reasons we had to postpone our sale but will be heading back to Campbells in the future to see if they can find us another dream home. We can’t thank Jamie, Sian and Paul enough for the incredible service and highly recommended Campbells if you’re looking for property.

I dealt with them for a property purchase and really wished I'd had used them for my sale too. Received fantastic customer service with no hard selling or pressure which I experienced with another well-known Estate Agent in Northampton. Will was especially exceptional and I enjoyed dealing with him, but all the staff you come into contact with are professional and equally a pleasure to deal with. Adele sold our house in 4 days & she and her team were so ‘on it’ throughout the whole process so I could just focus on packing and finding our next home. They really know their stuff and as a bonus her & Paul always made me laugh and feel at ease from start to finish.- 1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the agent who helped me find my new home. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to find properties that met all of my criteria. The whole process went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone in the market for a new home.

1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)It was left to the prospective ‘Buyers’(for whom we had reserved the Property for three months )to tell us via Text message to tell us they were unable to proceed! We had signed our Contract ,and of course these things happen..but at NO time did James Anthony contact us and impart this news!! At least three members of Staff(with whom we were dealing),left the employ of the Agents whilst we were dealing with them We were not informed of this ,in fact after constantly enquiring to speak with one particular agent ,who was exceptionally adept(no wonder they moved on),we were told they still worked there!!! They had left two weeks before!! James Anthony constantly ‘made’ then cancelled Appointments..there was no continuity..heaven knows how they achieve accolades! Frankly I would recommend them to find accommodation for a Hamster!

We have not regretted our decision for a moment. Lucy and Alan are both very personable and knowledgeable. Giving a personal service to ourselves and those viewing our property. Feedback from a viewer which we subsequently bumped into after they viewed were very complimentary about their experience describing it as far better and more informative than viewings with other agents. Lucy Alan care about their customers and will do everything they can to get things done. Highly recommend.

Harvey was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire selling process, making us feel confident every step of the way. Once we accepted an offer, Tim took over and provided excellent coordination and follow-ups as we moved through the solicitor processes. Their teamwork made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Sell My Home and will certainly use their services again in the future.
