There may be such a system for renting apartments throughout London, but agents from greenstone take an advance payment, and you hope that you will get an apartment for rent , and then you getting refuse at the last moment. Incompetent work of agents, first you need to check the documents and then only take an advance payment, and so on, when you are sure that the deal will be concluded. I not recommend this agency

Eric has successfully and assiduously presided over a major renovation for our entire building. He has gone the extra mile in ensuring that every little detail is covered, and the building is future-proofed with an acute appreciation for its Victorian architectural heritage. Moreover, I have found Eric to be attentive and prompt in dealing with any problems that have arisen. Having lived in the private rented sector for several years, I can honestly attest that Eric, and Kubie Gold more broadly, have exceeded my expectations in the standards to which they work. Keep up the good work!

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)AVOID!!! Awful managment by Husana, left without a landlord for over a month. Wasn't able to store or cook food for a month, constant issues with tenancy and a year long headache. Silverfish, broken shower, broken doors, broken windows, broken heating, just to name a few things that were ignored by Husana and landlord. Never, ever going through Carter and Reeves again.
12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Worst managing agents EVER! Don't let Daniel Watney near your property! Our building has been left in a terrible state since DW took over management. Crime takes place in front of the CCTV we pay for and DW can't even access the footage we are paying for - they tell us we have to somehow get the videos for ourselves and take it to the police! Flooding, insurance claims, resident disturbance in the night, stuff everywhere, gross common areas, violation of planning laws...you're on your own and DW won't even respond to emails or calls.

Estate agents are not universally well regarded but Alex showed clear integrity where it was needed and I would have no hesitation in asking him to act for us again.

I submitted request over the weekend on GLP’s website. Razieh responded first thing Monday morning and sent me a flat that was better than the ones I picked. She offered and virtually toured it for me same day. As of today, I officially have a flat in London! Now, I can truly be excited for my overseas move. Thank you Razi, for your kindness, promptness, and amazing work!

9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We unfortunately had a buyer pull out but Gracie/Tiffany found a new buyer almost immediately. They were very helpful throughout the sales process too and helped get it over the line. Would recommend.
