He understood requirements from both sides and worked very hard to bring us to consensus, leveraging the well deserved trust from both sides. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
25th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Gotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!

11th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

Recently I have been dealing with Vasilis and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rental went through quickly and easily and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. Enjoyed celebrating my nephews 21st birthday with afternoon tea. Sandwiches, cakes and scones were all delicious. All the staff were very polite and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Chris, our waiter and Andrew for the tour.

His market awareness, energy and enthusiasm made me feel I was in great hands. He gave great impartial advice and it was clear regardless of outcome that he wanted us to find the right place. Pleasure to work with, made the process enjoyable and was always on hand super responsive. Will be recommending several people I know moving to the area to try Hamptons first. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London.
