9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)If I could leave 0 stars I would. Agents lied to me when I bought a flat along with the seller. Incredibly disappointed and would never recommend the Finchley team. They were also rude throughout the process. Just the worst really. So many better and more trustworthy agents in the Finchley area, I would not bother with these people.

He was at the property waiting in the lobby before we got there , which normally does not happen with agency staffs. He was so caring and patient, and we’re looking forward to signing our tenancy with this agency.
20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Nobody would like to get treated like they are beneath others and it is essential to remember it takes 2 to tango. Potential buyers gives you business and should get treated with respect. I was rejected for a viewing when they asked for my proof of funds being in the UK. I have never gotten asked nor required for my current funds being in the UK before a viewing from all other agencies before. Throughout the call, the agent was speaking to me in a very rude attitude as if it is my fault for not meeting a non-industry standard requirement for a viewing. They told me I will not be able to buy a house anywhere if I don't have all my money in the UK now. Anyways, I put an offer in a property with another agency a week later and I am completing soon. Their loss and I will not let this agency to have my business ever again.

Nothing is too much trouble for both Khalid or the immaculately-dressed Alicia. No shady deals (like some agents) and you can trust them completely to be honest and straightforward!
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)I was worried and stressed about moving, I needn’t have been! I highly recommend Joseph Scott! Right from the beginning when Lincoln visited, my mind was at rest. I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout, we couldn’t of done this so smoothly without you!

I got 6 valuers to come to my property to value it and Bairstow Eves, Christopher was so professional and warming. He was interested in knowing about the property not just measuring it. He was also interested in me as a person and helping me achieve my goal to move. Then I met Klaensa and I could not have asked for a better selling agent. She is on job, making those phone calls, she keeps me updated and she also works so hard because she cares about her clients. She is the ultimate package of professional, kind, down to earth and informative sales agent and it just goes to show because my property went under offer in 2 weeks and I had 2 offers to pick from. They have achieved my expectations and I will always recommend them. Thank you so much to Klaensa and Chris for all your hard work!

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

We met her for a viewing back in January and she has supported us all the way through to finally purchasing our first property. It’s been an emotional journey and we encountered so many hurdles. We wished we just listened and followed Stephanie’s advice from the beginning! She was kind, patient professional and so helpful - she meticulously supported us through every step of the process. 15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)Aside from perhaps over promising the sale period (2 months) and 10 weeks later no sale, this was not a reflection on the agent but more likely that market. Adam Hayes operate professionally and certainly plugged many gaps I had with a previous agent in terms of service and overall consistency. Agents provided feedback after each viewing, which is vital. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Hayes. Their fee is reasonable compared to other agents and they offer some flexibility.
