Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.

Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

Sam genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and was always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. 26th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)David Astbury's turned a failure into a success. We had a property sale fall through and relaunched the property. Within two days Ceyda and Simon at the Hampstead branch had launched the property and were booking viewings. The vendor was experiencing a lot of stress due to fall through and Ceyda helped bring peace of mind to our vendor. Within a matter of a few weeks we had an agreed sale. This was exceptional service and great client experience. Simon and Ceyda have also been amazing through out the sales progression and we have a very happy and satisfied vendor at FLYP. Well done team. Amazing work.
16th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

They were efficient and responsive managing the rental and our tenants spoke highly of them. For the sale, they found a buyer at close to asking almost immediately on instructions and Julian managed the process from there very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
13th May 2025 (1 day ago)If you are thinking of selling your property in Maida vale I would highly recommend Ashley Milton. I had a great experience dealing with Richard regarding the sale of my flat. Richard was professional and very proactive throughout the whole process. He had a viewer within a day of coming to value my property and had secured an offer for the full asking price 2 days later which meant my flat sold within 5 days of calling them. I loved how passionate he was and when he brought one of the other Directors with him to provide the valuation I knew that they just 'got' my flat and I knew they would be the best agent to go with to sell it plus they have years of experience and knowledge within the area. Richard was also highly involved in speeding up the conveyancing process and was always available to speak to and keep me up to date and give advice which was very much appreciated and he also remained in frequent communication with my buyer to ensure everything was running smoothy. It was great to work with someone that is a doer and has a sense of getting things done and was always happy to help even after completion. Big Thanks to Richard and the team Highly recommend 10/10

He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!
