11th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

Kelvin in particular was excellent, as he was always available for any clarifications, and his clear communication style and transparency throughout ensured that I was kept well informed of all developments. Thoroughly deserved 5*!
24th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)If there is such a thing as a dream estate agent concept, it is personified by Malcolm, for sure. Knowledgeable, likeable, patient, always reassuring. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I was blessed to have Malcolm on my side and without him I am not sure I could have made it through! I will keep as my friend forever, as I am so grateful. Remus
30th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)A few years have already passed since renting with them - it was back in 2018/2019; however, after experiencing so many different estate agencies in the meantime, I really appreciate how great Jorgensen Turner are. Back then, Ieva was extremly helpful when viewing and securing the flat. Moreover, during our lease, Kyle managed our place. If something needed to be fixed, it was done immediately. Moreover, Kyle was quite supportive whenever I had requests to the landlord, and he always managed to mediate to find a solution which was good for both sides. Overall, a great experience, and I haven't found any comparable agency since then.

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch- 3rd May 2024 (2 days ago)My partner and I highly recommend dealing with Becks Chapodze from Knight Frank when looking for a property in Queen’s Park. Becks has been extremely helpful, responsive and efficient over the course of our search, understanding very quickly what we were looking for. We found him to have a lot of integrity and we particularly appreciated the very sound advice he has provided us.

Both Chloe & Jade, who I worked with, had a deep understanding of the local market and were very proactive in their communication and willingness to accommodate the specific needs for my apartment. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them!
