Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough
22nd May 2022 (1 year ago)All of the staff that we dealt with were excellent in their responses to our queries and from start to finish we were kept informed of any progress or problems with potential purchasers culminating in numerous offers in the first week, one of which we accepted allowing us to put all of our energies into finding a new home to move to in Wiltshire which took some weeks to do so.
11th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Not upfront and honest estate agents. People on the phone are friendly when you call but estate agents pretend they don't know details of the property and you don't get the full information on the ads. Viewed a property that was of a non standard construction but the agent didn't tell me and nor did the advert. I put an offer down, which got accepted until a friend told me they're near impossible to get a mortgage on. I called the agent and asked she said "oh I'm not sure, the home owners think it might be, but are also not sure", when it is. Told her I couldn't get a mortgage on that and got hit with "use our brokers, they'll get you one." I've since pulled my offer, the advert went back up and still hasn't been updated to say "non standard construction".

13th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.

10th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I sold my house through Chapplins in Fareham. They were great from start to finish. Despite a difficult market my house was sold on the 3rd viewing. Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend using Pearsons Estate Agents as they were very professional and always answered any queries and questions promptly. They always emailed me to explain each step and everything was always explained very clearly. I was selling my late mum’s house which was a stressful time in itself but the Pearson’s team were all very friendly, reassuring & very responsive. They made the sale of my mum’s house a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I haven’t got a bad word to say about them and they always gave excellent service.

If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.
19th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.

From the moment I walked into Pearsons on Cross Street, everything began to fall into place. Debbie, Nicki and Martha work as a team with professional efficiency and also personal attention to all the various steps along the way to completion. Before the end of March we got the keys to our new home! ! ! Thank you, ladies, for your helpfulness and friendly guidance throughout.

Harrison and Jonny were fantastic with me and very helpful throughout the process. Extremely open and honest to the moment I collected the keys. From a would-be tenant's point of view, a very good letting agent to deal with, and to any potential landlord, I can vouch from the other side of the coin that they advertise and help the process very well. 5/5.
30th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)I had four different estate agents round to value my flat. Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible. I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening! I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away. I sold my flat in six days. Chris was very helpful ever since our first phone call and I was delighted my flat sold so quickly - meaning we could offer/purchase a house we had seen.
