3rd Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Searching for a property to rent locally, contacted Beals, took some personal information from me over the phone, got a viewing the next day. All was great! A member of the team showed us round the property, which looked fab. Just what we were after. However I asked how to pursue to secure the property, to have a reply of ‘we have received many emails about this property and had to ignore most of them due to the high demand!’ ….but just reply back to my viewing confirmation email. So I got home, replied back to his email asking to persue. 48 hours later still no reply, I called the branch to be told the estate agent would call me back. The next morning I receive an email ‘Unfornalty the landlord isn’t willing to go with yourselves this time. We do another 2-bedroom property on. I can send you over this now for you to look’ - this was the spelling too, again not very professional. We were dishearten but respect we may not be what the landlord is after. But no 2 bedroom property ever sent to us. I really felt like I was a number to get up the viewings on the flat, no real compassion or listening to our needs to persue anything else. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend Beales Parkgate.

Always friendly and jolly would recommend and use again. Thank you all you achieved our dream of moving house.

Darren and his team were all very professional with very good communication and feedback throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly use them again the future! First class service - thank you!
18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)A big thank you to all at Jeffries, Havant. We have just moved in to our new home and the whole process was relatively easy and stress free. We had our first offer at the beginning of January and have just moved in on 14th June. We were kept informed at each stage and everyone was polite, kind and helpful. We mainly dealt with James, Rob, Jade, Liv and Jodie and they were all great. If I ever had to move again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate about using Jeffries again! Thank you all again. Ben and Sophie :)
9th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Stuart, Laura & Rhiannon were excellent at keeping us advised of progress of the purchase which experienced a few hiccups! Thank you Stuart and team. I can't recommend you enough.

15th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

He knew the local solicitors and kept me upto date with the progress before my own solicitor advised me. He allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted and never made me feel a nuisance…. Which I think I was … Thank you Tim as you made the purchase of my new property as stress free as possible
19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook! Thank you again for all your hard work, even throughout the stressful time!

Nothing has been too much problem, they are knowledgeable and kept us fully informed at all times. We were treated as part of the Barnards family. Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.
