They chased up the onward chain and communicated information they had. All the team were extremely helpful but a special mention for John and Sarah.

Westley has been extremely help through the whole process and did a great job of organising a viewing day as this was our preferred option. Westley continued to be helpful through the whole process ensuring that it all went smoothly and provided regular updates when liaising with other estate agents in the chain to ensure completion happened in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Morgan Alexander.

They were fast to responds every time, through the whole process. They were also extremely knowledgeable and professional, giving great advice and talking us through the process and supporting us along the way at every step. Thank you so much!! I can say that without a doubt Lisa from Ashtons is the best estate agent! Lisa has shown me around 5+ houses and every time she has all the knowledge to hand and really seems to enjoy it, which makes you have a better feeling about every house! Even though sadly they have not been the right one yet, hopefully the next one will be! Thank you again Lisa, looking forward to finding my first house soon :)
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

1st Jul 2025 (7 days ago)It all the many occasions that I have dealt with Estate Agents, Elliott Heath are far the best and put all other Agents in Ware to shame. Examples being they always keep you up to date, assist with Solicitors and are always welcoming when I needed to pop into their office. The whole Team are fantastic and always come back to you. Thank you for providing a 10 out of 10 service and cannot recommend Elliott Heath enough

From start to finish, she has kept me informed every step of the way, with clear and timely communication that made a potentially stressful process feel completely manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Sarah was proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to keeping things moving smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

7th Mar 2025 (18 weeks ago)I mainly dealt with mArie when I was selling my property. She was on time for appointments and kept me informed and up to date. It did take a while to eventually sell the property, this was probably due to interest rates and the property being bespoke
