David was honest, reliable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. His knowledge and straightforward approach gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. A special thank you also to Amie and Chloe, whose support, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping everything moving smoothly. Selling a property can be stressful, but the whole team at Park Lane made the experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. All queries were responded to immediately and viewings were conducted sensitively. The whole process was smooth and achieved the results we wanted.

14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
8th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would use these agents again definitely. From viewing to check-in to check-out I am pleased with the agents. Especially Debbie, who did the checks during our tenancy, her communication, knowledge and action was 1st class. The paperwork process initially was clear and simple. We reported faults and they were acted upon with expediency. When the in home checks were carried out Debbie made me feel comfortable whilst identifying or pointing out issues and solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Seems like a lovely company to work with based on my experience, we rented via Oliver Minton for 15months. I would recommend highly.

My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

Excellent social media and marketing provided the impetus to getting potential buyers to view. The agent who conducted the viewings made sure he was fully acquainted with the property and communicated the outcomes well. Having had an unsuccessful relationship with another agent prior to Ensum Brown it was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were committed to sell your property
