He had my home sold within two weeks and although I didn’t end up buying a home from him, he was constantly offering me properties. Big thanks to the rest of the team for all your efforts!

10th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

From the very beginning of the process right through to completion, the service we received was exceptional.<br><br>We always felt that everything was being handled professionally and that we were being kept fully informed. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had a question or needed an update, we received a prompt, helpful and reassuring response.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. We never felt like just another property on the books — there was a genuine commitment to getting our sale through and dealing with any issues that arose along the way.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all the hard work, patience and support that went into our sale, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an estate agent.<br><br>A huge thank you, especially to Charlene and Jack, for helping us successfully sell our home and move on to the next chapter.

A special mention of Amie here, who went above and beyond to keep things on track throughout (and reassurance for me when I needed it at times in the sale process). We also used their reccomended solicitors who were absolutely fantastic too.<br><br>When it came to photographs of the property, David was very knowledgeable about styling the house and we were able to sell within 2 days of being on the market. We are now in our absolute dream house and are very happy that we used Park Lane.

She kept me fully informed at every stage, was always available when I needed her and worked incredibly hard on my behalf. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me.<br><br>Lisa’s was honest and complete transparency. She was straightforward, realistic and always gave me honest advice, which gave me enormous confidence throughout what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I never felt that anything was being hidden or glossed over — I always knew exactly where I stood.<br><br>I genuinely felt that my house sale was in safe hands. Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly.
