I've found Jacksons to be friendly, knowledgable and professional. They explored in detail what type of property we are looking for and delivered. I particularly found David to be intuitive, patient, not pushy as I've experienced with other estate agents. During viewings David pointed out accepts of the property that we may have missed and suggested simple solutions to make changes to enhance it. This certainly give us food for thought. Following viewings David didn't immediately contact us for further thoughts of the property but allowed time for reflection.
My contact with other staff members was also positive. Joe for example was very experienced and informative. He knows Earlsfield very well. Sophie was equally helpful.
I would certainly recommend Jackson's if you are looking to buy or sale a property given my experience of them.
Terrible, inefficient and unprofessional service. We have recently rented a house via Jacksons and paid £540 in fees. Having rented multiple times in London they really stood out as being awful and one of the most expensive. I would not rent a house via them in the future.

I had a great experience with KFH, a very professional and personable company. Tammy in particular made the whole process seamless and straightforward, she was very friendly and made my partner and I feel at ease. Definitely recommend!
Incredibly incompetent and immoral
They lied to us about what was included in the house.
They lied to use about terms in the contract
It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for
They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues
It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit
They are entirely unhelpful
They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42
At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you
They are not very nice people to deal with

I'm not a fan of estate agents usually. The stereotype is often too true, but this was before I met Tom from Jacksons Estate Agents. This guy is an utter legend and embodies the three P's, Proactive, professional and polite. I will be contacting Tom for any of my housing needs in the short and long term.
Jackson's property management team are absolutely useless. I would recommend to anyone considering living in a Jackson's managed property to drop the idea and run. They don't care about you, they don't respond to you, everything takes an inconceivable amount of time. We had several issues with the property which took up to a month to address. When you E-mail property Management they just don't reply. (Tip: if you want a reply copy in Ann in their complaints team, but more on them later) They have brought people to our house for viewings without any notice - walking in on one of us in our PJs. They then lied and said they had given notice when we challenged them. Their complaints procedure is a white wash and a waste of time. It takes about 2 weeks to get a response and they just deny everything. I doubt any investigation was carried out. Maybe they care about the landlord but they do not care about their tenants. In addition the property was dirty when we moved in and they ignored our requests to clean it until we gave up. I could go on and on and on. Just don't do it
