Unfortunately i didn’t manage to get it however Rommel was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He made me feel comfortable when visiting and helped me visualise the property as me living in it. I would definitely recommend Rommel and KFH for anyone looking for a place to rent.

Having achieved a record price for our house he then stayed close to the sale ensuring it got over the line. Whether there was any news or not he would always reach out to update us on the sale even out of hours. Top job Sash ????????????

She went above and beyond to ensure we were at ease during the process and was very clued up on the property, area and confirmation process afterwards. 25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We can highly recommend the KFH Putney Hill branch for what turned out to be a protracted house sale delayed by our first two buyers dropping out and then by extremely slow solicitors during the conveyancing process. Alex and John were both very tenacious on our behalf and worked tirelessly to line up the eventual buyer. During the final phase if it wasn't for Alex's project management, dealing with very difficult solicitors, the sale would have probably collapsed. An ex-neighbour, who also sold her house with KFH, recommended them to us and I would not hesitate to recommending KFH to others.

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process.
