10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.

21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

In particular - Nathan Boyle, Benjamin Cowles and Ben Clasby were a pleasure to work with and a credit to the business. They went the extra mile to explain the different options that I had both in terms of properties and in terms of mortgages, they provided a lot of useful information and kept me updated from the start of the process to the very end. Thank you Nathan, Benjamin and Ben for all your help and support!

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!
21st Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Without Cameron’s continuous support and communication, we wouldn’t have found the flat that met all of our criteria and high expectations. I’ve had very negative experiences in the past with other estate agents, however couldn’t be more impressed with the high calibre of this estate agent. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cameron and his colleagues cared about us and offering help whenever it was required. We are very happy in our new flat and are super grateful to Cameron and all the Battersea Reach colleagues who made our process so seamless and enjoyable.
