12th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’m actually amazed at how bad this office is. Once you’ve signed up the customer service and help disappears. Staff just simply don’t care and the managers are even worse- (lettings) and I’m a landlord btw!!

4th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Wonderful service, attention to detail and assistance from first Sophie in the Walton office, then from Caitlin & Sally in Shepperton. They all listened and helped me through my property search, culminating in my purchase. They clearly had listened to my needs and offered solutions. I had moved to the UK in September '23 and was not familiar with the UK property market; a 10star recommendation if you're looking to buy.
25th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)We just sold our home through J&J and we couldn’t be more pleased that we chose them. Everything from the initial valuation with Craig, through to the marketing of the property & the after-sales process was beyond fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We had a very tricky onward purchase, and I have to mention Tracy especially for going the extra mile throughout to liaise with solicitors & make a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. She kept me sane in amongst the dramas of moving house! Her advice, guidance & involvement in the process took so much pressure off of us. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then don’t go anywhere else - the team at J&J go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. 10/10 all round, thanks to the whole team for being a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with!

Darcey's commitment and care for me and my partner is above the standard, anything we were worried about or had any questions she was able to make us feel better and able to answer any of our questions. I want to also thank Katie alongside for the amazing support and was there if Darcey was busy. Thank you Darcey and Katie, if anyone was to ask where and who to go to on finding a property to rent or buy I would 100% recommend Darcey and Katie at Sunbury-On-Thames. I'm looking forward in settling down at our new property!??

Paul was always quick to respond and even worked around our busy schedule, allowing us to view the house on a Friday evening. We're now happily settled in our new home, all thanks to Paul's excellent help and support. Highly recommend! A great friendly and helping staff.

We have had a good number of viewings and the team seems to go the extra mile ,i will add to this review in the near future when the sale goes through Following on we have now completed our sale I would just like to say that SJ Smith have been excellent during the whole process,all the staff are friendly and nothing appears to be to much trouble to help,we were kept updated at every stage ,if I was thinking of moving again I would have no hesitation in using their services again

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

Their level of service consistently went above and beyond what could have been expected. The whole team was unfailingly polite and ready to provide information throughout the process. He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.
