17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Valuation and marketing appear to be on a par with other local agents, however communication was poor. There were significant delays with the sale of my property, not necessarily due to the agent, but it did place my ongoing purchase in jeopardy. I will say that my sale was transferred to a different branch who dealt with the process much more efficiently and was key in ensuring the sale was completed.

Louis and the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. They understood that buying a house can be a whirlwind, and that plans can change along the way. We truly appreciated their patience with our evolving needs. We had initially gotten market valuations from Frost Partnership, Stirling and Dexter. Ultimately, we chose Frost because of two key factors. First, they had a much more detailed history of sales and general property knowledge for the type of house we were selling. Second, the team at Frost just felt more committed and engaged in conversation. We felt like we would be well looked after with them, and that's exactly what happened. If you're looking for an estate agent who will go the extra mile and truly understand your needs, look no further than Frost Partnership. Louis made a confusing (for us) and stressful process much smoother, and we highly recommend them.

I dealt with Sheetal and Shiv who went above and beyond to make sure my sale continued to completion. They were always at the end of the phone for any queries I had and kept me regularly updated.

Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

The whole Doyle team were highly professional and personable from our first meeting, right through our house sale process and in following up after. Their approach and deep knowledge of the local area and market put us at ease and gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property for a good price - without creating unrealistic expectations or false hope. Communication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses to any queries we had. We have now moved out of area but if the opportunity ever arose, we'd have no hesitation in commissioning Doyle's services again.

Rude agents (we met with Hulya) who made us wait 10 mins after our allotted time to see the flat, over booked the showing so rushed us out and even told us that we shouldn’t even make an offer (even when you show interest in a bid). We saw a house and suggested we could meet the asking price, and were quickly told don’t bother unless you offer way above asking (the listing said nothing of offers in excess off!). Was extremely rude and condescending throughout the viewing and my partner and I were left shocked at the service. Lastly, good luck trying to even get a viewing, calls/emails ignored unless you chase and chase. Worst agents in the Ealing/northfields area.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

Quiero destacar que ha sido realmente comprensivo y que siempre mostró interés en nuestro bienestar. No nos presionó para firmar un contrato ni fue insistente en que eligiéramos una casa rápidamente. Tuve una mala experiencia previa con otro agente, y sinceramente valoro que Rooheen no intentara presionarnos para tomar una decisión apresurada. 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Our move met some hurdles with other agencies not responding to us, so having Stirling being prompt and reliable was a life saver. They were able to communicate directly with these other agencies for us and give us a lot of assurance as first time renters. Really cannot fault them on customer service.
