28th Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)Excellent all round. We wasted 4 months trying to sell our property and then it all changed with Shaw and Co, through Charan and his team including Sheetal and Jindra. They did their homework and true to his word, Charan brought us a firm offer within a week of going live. The whole team were fantactic. They were professional, friendly and communicated with us and helped us navigate the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better set of people as well as professionals. Our only regret is that we didn't go with them from the start.

Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances. This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation. Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer. I’d like to mention the great service from my most recent property manager, Jordanna Peter. She was always professional, supportive, and maintained prompt and clear communication. Her attention to detail and quick responses helped make everything run smoothly. Additionally, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Chris Cooper since 2013. Chris always approached everything with a genuine, caring attitude that added a human touch to the viewings he professionally presented as a Letting Agent. I’m grateful for the good service provided by Jordanna, Chris, and the team. Last but not least, I’d like to acknowledge the great support and understanding from Will Pitt, especially during the challenges of Covid.
