Evan and the team at Barnard Marcus were supportive, professional, and achieved us over the asking price for the sale of our property. Also, we have already recommended them to our friends as they are the best agent in Feltham!!
11th Dec 2025 (5 days ago)Imogen is REALLY pushy. As a sales you have to be smart and respectful first, trust me Imo???? Her work is to push me hard to buy very short leased or very old properties, which stagnated on the market even until now hahah???? Finally since she didn’t listen or respect my view after her continuous ‘WHY QUESTIONS’ and just simply kept selling, I asked in reply ‘if this property is so popular why don’t you buy it, and why is it on the market for a long time?’ to save my time???? She is insane to imagine herself having all the market resources and I must buy from her????please don’t try to be a sales if you can’t Imo???? Luckily I found my ideal house now and wish her back to normal

28th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I want to thank Shaw Estate Agents in particular Alfie, Jindra and Sheetal. They helped us from day one, answering our calls, liaising with the solicitors. They were absolutely amazing in every way and we can't recommend them highly enough. So professional in their dealings in how they communicated daily with us and when having issues with solicitors, were so reassuring and encouraging. Brilliant company and would definitely use them again for either buying or selling. If you are looking for an Estate Agency, Shaws Estate Agents are simply the best! Thank you Alfie, thank you Jindra, thank you Sheetal. What a support you all have been to us, making sure we would get what we wanted. Thank you so much to all of you! You are all amazing. And we are truly grateful.

27th Nov 2025 (19 days ago)Do not recommend this estate agents at all. I have rented a property for 3 years with nothing but problems from the start! The estate agents constantly read my messages and never reply, the worst communication I have ever known. I had to start going directly to the landlord. When I recently asked for some repairs to be done I have now been faced with eviction. Very rude and unprofessional estate agents. When I am on the phone to them, they ignore me and speak to each other in a different language. They don’t care about the tenants at all they just want the money every month. I don’t know why landlords still bother to use them. I have too much proof on this shambles of an estate agents.

One advisor in particular; Chirag offered clear advice/details on the rental process, which made things easier to understand. Overall, the communication was professional, the process went smoothly and I would definitely work with them again.

I contacted them around August to sell my house and in complete astonishment, Hassan Ali managed to find a buyer and sell the house in under 3 months. I'm grateful for all his help and support. Speak to Jessica Wolfe, absolute beast of a sales negotiator and navigated some very tricky situations for us, and persisted until the job was done. We felt very safe with her guidance and overall high level of professionalism. HIGHLY recommend.
