Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.

1st Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I found an amazing flat to rent last minute with century21 while I was abroad, and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Valentins. He made everything so easy and smooth from a distance. He sent me videos, answered all of my questions, and gave me total confidence in moving forward without seeing the place in person. What really impressed me was how helpful he has been even after I moved in. Anything I need, no matter how small, he’s quick to respond, and this even on weekends or bank holidays. Genuinely one of the best experiences I had with a real estate agent in London!

24th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)It was my bad luck that I came across them to rent the 23 York street flat with bed bugs. They made all false promises and claims. Just as I moved in, I noticed a number of problems: - Intercom wasn't working, there was no wiring - Heater wasn't working - Water pressure in the bathroom was too low - Oven was dysfunctional - Such poor sound and heat insulation that I wake up to the alarm of my neighbour at 5am! - Old white goods - washer dryer was broke for 3 months, had to go to the laundrette - Boiler stopped working for a month before leaving. And just after a few months, there was a heavy infestation of bed bugs in the entire building. Also, noticed two mice in the apartment. I had to spend sleepless nights with the bed bugs giving me body rashes and itchy bumps. I suffered immense loss of money discarding my 500£ worth Nectar mattress and 200£ bed and other furniture items and clothes. Felt so stuck in the flat. Instead of any sort of reimbursement in the rent or otherwise, they had the audacity to deduct money from my deposit in the end. Now, I've moved to a new modern apartment but suffering from PTSD, can't sleep at night. Even a tiny itch makes me wake up and obsessively inspect my new bedding. If you care for your mental and physical health, this agency is not worth trusting at all. They're just a bunch of vicious greedy soul less folks earning really a bad Karma.

Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is efficient, passionate and knows their industry for your property needs.

Fast, friendly, honest and highly communicative at all times, and thankfully very patient with us throughout the whole process. 12th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

24th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)We had a great visit to London with our family and this wonderful spot in Notting Hill was the perfect home base to do it from. On a quiet street near the tube and close to a lot of great dining and pub options and also close enough to walk to Kensington gardens and Hyde park. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable with enough room for the five of us to spread out and relax after long days of walking. I highly recommend staying here.
