Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.
14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not one to leave a review typically but felt really belittled and talked down to by Jacob. He acted in poor faith by telling me he would be putting the property back on the market even though I had completed all I needed to and was waiting on contact from the vendor’s solicitor. I had already been waiting months as they couldn’t get the tenant out and the vendors were slow to complete tasks. While I understand these things happen and are no fault of the owners, I was shocked with the way I was spoken to by Jacob and felt like I was getting a telling off every time he spoke to me. He for seem reason always spoke about me keeping the vendors waiting. His general tone was always very patronising and overall I would say I didn’t have a good experience with him at all. The lady I collected my keys from and Michael Glover who I dealt with when first enquiring about the property were both lovely and helpful but I found Jacob to be rude and dismissive.
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Throughout the sales process we found Heritage to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were excellent negotiators and good communicators. The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.
26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)A dreadful company. Friends of mine lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
