From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

10th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Made an enquiry at the Halifax branch and spoke a lovely young man called Adam Hartley.<br>Unfortunately it wasn’t something that branch could help with.<br>He was ever so kind and polite and pointed me in the right direction.<br>Something he didn’t have to do as it was completely out of his remit.<br>Lovely company and staff to deal with.

Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

When my 18 year old son bought his first property, she supported him step by step through the whole process, which meant a great deal to him as a first time buyer.<br>Ornella kept us informed at every stage and actively helped push things through, engaging directly with the solicitors and making sure all parties were communicating clearly. That kind of hands-on involvement made a real difference to how smoothly things went.<br>What particularly touched me was how she went out of her way to support her seller, an older person who needed additional help navigating the complexities of conveyancing and documentation. She handled it with patience and real care.<br>If you want a compassionate and personal service, please consider choosing Ornella as your estate agent.
