10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .
22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

From start to finish the communication was clear on regular basis. Everyone was friendly, professional, I can’t thank you enough for all hard work and support.
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.<br><br>The Carter Family

They have kept us informed weekly about how it's all going and fingers crossed ?????? for tomorrow we will be exchanging and completing in under 2 months. 2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

I cannot praise the lovely team at Cooper Adams enough for the warmth and genuine care they have taken at each stage. James and colleagues took every opportunity to be interested, they were professional and had incredible processes that are timely, supportive and keep momentum going. As a result of their diligence and market presence, we received an offer on day one and have accepted. Could not be happier.

I understand this is a relatively new role within Graham Butt, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough what a fantastic addition it is.<br><br>Laura has gone above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors, communicating with everyone involved in the chain and keeping me updated. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
