Louise kept us up to date on a regualr basis with regards to the chain and was proactive throughout the process. Thank you Sims Williams.

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

22nd Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience. The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line. Special thanks to the team for their persistence, professionalism, and support during a stressful period. We really appreciated the effort that went in behind the scenes.

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I would highly recommend Graham Butt Agents to anyone. Their handling of my sale was dealt with professionally, swiftly with utmost attention to detail. However, they really impressed when on the day of Contract exchange my Seller pulled out of her sale causing the whole chain to collapse. James Butt stepped in personally and showed great negotiation, tenacity and creativity to get it all back on track to complete within 2 weeks. James and his team recovered the situation with significantly more input than any other Agent in the chain and as such deserve a 12 out of 10 for the service provided. A great result provided by a really competent and professional set of individuals!

The customer care is always first class, very helpful and the communication from them is exactly what you need in an estate agent. This process can be very stressful but they make it so easy.
