Searching for a new home is even more stressful…<br><br>Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.<br><br>Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.<br><br>We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.

I cannot praise the lovely team at Cooper Adams enough for the warmth and genuine care they have taken at each stage. James and colleagues took every opportunity to be interested, they were professional and had incredible processes that are timely, supportive and keep momentum going. As a result of their diligence and market presence, we received an offer on day one and have accepted. Could not be happier.

I understand this is a relatively new role within Graham Butt, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough what a fantastic addition it is.<br><br>Laura has gone above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors, communicating with everyone involved in the chain and keeping me updated. She has been incredibly approachable, patient and reassuring, particularly during the more stressful stages of the process.<br><br>Having someone dedicated to progressing the sale and keeping everyone informed has made such a difference. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They were never too busy to share thoughts and info on our way forward and never put any pressure on me. Their knowledge of the market was a great help in guiding me to the right level of setting the asking price and what reaction to expect.<br>I would thoroughly recommend Redwood and Sons as the estate agent to use.<br>My thanks go to Simon and Pip for all their hard work.

Very knowledgeable on the property and clearly had a great relationship with the owner. Clearly cared about what she was showing as she took us room by room with explanations of everything and saved the show stopping points of the property till last. Super friendly and easy to chat too as well as friendly and funny. I love the fact that she cared about the seller and the home she was selling for said seller as there was a high degree of trust as well as respect for the property, which is rare to find. Anita is a credit to her company, we really had a lovely visit, so thank you so much Anita for everything.
