22nd Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

Taylor, Niki, and Kyra each played a key part in making the process smooth, organised, and keeping me informed. Their communication was clear, their professionalism was consistent, and they were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find an estate agency team that feels genuinely supportive, but Leaders delivered exactly that. I felt well looked after from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient service.

All calls, emails etc were responded to quickly, and the whole process was very smooth and easy thanks to him. His management of the property during the tenancy is also fantastic. 3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.

17th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.
15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>We instructed White & Brooks to sell our home and, over a 20-week sole agency period, we had just four viewings and not a single offer. Throughout the process, I felt there was a real lack of proactive strategy. The weekly update calls often felt like they were made simply because they had to be (if they were made at all), rather than providing any meaningful feedback or a clear plan to improve interest.<br><br>My biggest frustration was the lack of leadership. As estate agents, I expected them to advise us, adapt the marketing strategy when things clearly weren't working and take ownership of generating interest. Instead, it felt like we were left waiting for something to happen.<br><br>To make matters worse, after our contract had ended I received a phone call regarding the return of our keys, and the member of staff I spoke to was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It left a very poor final impression and confirmed that moving to another agent was the right decision.<br><br>Every property sale is different, and I appreciate that no agent can guarantee a buyer. However, I would expect good communication, proactive marketing and professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with White & Brooks, and I wouldn't choose to use them again.

Sold my property once and Steven has been amazing. I met Steven when he was working in the Lancing Branch.This is my first time selling and buying a property on my own. Steven took me under his wing and guided me through the whole process of applying for a new mortgage. Unfortunately my sale fell through. I have had to start all over again . And even though Steven has moved to Bognor Regis he has honoured my mortgage deal. I have now resold my place and found my new forever home. Once again Steven has got me a great mortgage. His communication throughout this whole process has been fantastic. I highly recommend him ????????????
