Because we couldn’t travel down for every minor detail we needed an estate agent we could implicitly trust.<br>Graham Farthing at Austin Gray was nothing short of amazing!! He was incredibly responsive 24/7 transparent and proactive. Finally an estate agent that actually listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Graham handled everything on the ground here in Brighton saving us countless stressful trips! Austin Grays knowledge of Brighton is second to none and Graham completely supported us from start to finish, always accommodating with our travel schedules for viewings and crucially kept in the loop at all times. A huge thank you to a true professional and gentleman. Our completion date was on our wedding anniversary!! The icing on the cake. ??????????????????

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

He didn't " hound"" us once over the time it took to sort out the problems & was very reassuring & helpful throughout the long process. Personally I don't have any further reason for Polegate in my life going forward, but would highly recommend Archers Estate Agents to anyone who does!

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

7th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)We had the pleasure of working with James from Nicolas James Sales Lettings Auctions and being the first property that we were buying in the UK to live in the whole process was seamless. James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.
19th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I was moving from Brighton to Newhaven and the process was complicated, owing to hiccups along the chain which were out of our control. I had a wonderful agent handling our sale in Brighton, whom I trusted one hundred percent, and I was anxious that the agent handling the Newhaven house might perhaps prove to be untrustworthy. But I had no need to worry. From the outset Blaiz, Shirley and Garry proved themselves to be honest and proactive without any sense of 'hard sell'. In addition, they were always pleasant and helpful in their dealings with me. As matters developed, Garry was remarkable in progressing my purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending the Peacehavn office one hundred percent. Thanks for everything.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
