10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

26th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)I wanted to say how great it’s been to deal with Zak in purchasing our new home. He’s been so helpful, available and importantly personable without being pushy.<br><br>It’s a shame that it took about 6 weeks to get to see the property we’re now buying. We asked Eloise about it in our initial valuation meeting and she told us we wouldn’t like it & actively discouraged us. This was combined with the policy of not showing properties to buyers who are unproceedable i.e not under offer.<br>Whilst we understand the benefit of this, to vendors, we had a £750K house to sell and would always prefer to sell & buy with the same agent but this, combined with the highest fee’s quoted locally meant we didn’t sell through Cubitt’s this time. We sold very quickly through another agent so it seemed an opportunity missed for them.<br><br>Zak is an asset to this branch and we were glad to deal with him throughout

Accommodating at all times.<br>Returned phone calls and emails immediately - a rarity these days!<br>I could go on phrasing him. He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

Friendly, helpful, polite and always showed integrity. This was for a purchase, but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for sales also. It was especially Coco who we were in regular contact with for more than a year. Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. 13th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sawyer & Co on a purchase in Brighton. Our main point of contact was Bob Beaken, and communication throughout was poor - basic management pack queries went unchased for weeks, information was mixed and kept changing, and updates were inconsistent.<br><br>The low point came when, after a brief and entirely reasonable visit to discuss timings with the seller, I received a call from Bob lecturing me about the visit rather than helping resolve the underlying delays that had caused the frustration in the first place. The seller withdrew from the sale shortly afterwards, at which point I'd have expected a competent, professional agent to be working to keep the sale together rather than adding friction to an already stressed situation.<br><br>We had cash in hand and were ready to proceed quickly. The lack of proactive, professional handling from this agency made an already difficult process worse. Can't recommend
