13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Moved into a property managed by them 2 days ago. Issues with the flat that were promised to be fixed by the time I moved in were not fixed. Broken windows, dirty flat overall and on top of that the shower doesn't work properly. They sent someone on the friday who did not fix the issue. They said that someone would contact me to arrange a visit on Saturday and it did not happen. Now it is a sunday and I can only hope that I can have a decent shower on Monday at least.<br>It looks like it will be a long tenancy....<br><br>Turns our they did send someone yesterday just didn't tell me the outcome until I contacted them today.<br>Making it even worse a whole pipe work will need to be done in the flat and I won't be able to shower in the meantime!<br>How would you let someone move into a flat that is not ready for basic needs??? This is inhumane. Might need to get citizens advice involved as Kier Hawkins ignores questions about compensations or solutions for the meantime. Appaling.<br><br>Update: going to the 6th day without a shower in the property I just moved into with no alternative offered in the meantime.

5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Kim and Louise were great, they kept us well informed about the sale and any problems that occurred, they worked with us all through the sale, although they didn't manage to sell the land , due to certain issues, they guided us to their partners who auctioned it off for me, i would definitely use them again thank you both- 29th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

Although we had a very long buying process (due to issues with the length of lease, and share of freehold ownership - which were down to the seller) Lewis was always on the other side of the phone, and worked his socks off to get the deal done. I really felt that he went above and beyond what most estate agents would be willing to do. Very human, very responsive and working with Lewis made the transaction much more pleasant. Would highly recommend their services.

12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I highly recommend Kevin (sales manager) at Edward Ashdale.<br><br>Kevin came to us highly recommended from our very first meeting, Kevin's approach was a breath of fresh air. Unlike other estate agents who gave inflated valuations just to win our business, Kevin provided an honest, realistic appraisal. He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.<br><br>His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. You never feel like just another number. Kevin is the only estate agent I would instruct, and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

We first met Chris and then Aidan, and I can honestly say that they have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
