They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

12th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)What can I say, we used Ardents to sell our property, they were so professional, friendly and very patient from start to finish, as this sale took 5months and 20days, we all thought it would never happen, but Luke was always positive and communicated all the time, nothing was too much trouble, will be recommending Ardents to everyone, so if you have doubts on who to use then don’t hesitate, give Ardents a ring, Thankyou all for all your hard work, will miss our chats ?????? The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.
11th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)So far so good. Thought the agent was really honest about the market and what the house could achieve, so the agreed target price seemed realistic. Good quality pictures and marketing too. When an offer was received the agent did a good job negotiating on my behalf moving the buyer from a low initial offer up to my target price. Can’t ask for more than that. I chose them for local knowledge and average sale time which was significantly below some of their competitors. I received my offer within 3 weeks and achieved my target price, so very pleased with how the agent managed my property.

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fine & Co have been a pleasure to work with during what became a lengthy and torturous process. If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.

What could have been a difficult experience was made easier by feeling able to ask lots of questions without judgement. Jess in particular helped me through to completion once an offer was made. She was always happy to help and kept me informed.

29th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
