Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.

Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. 15th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !

5th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. 22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)My experience with Durden & Hunt first started when we meet Rich who's personality was infectious, he said that he would sale our house for the asking price and he deafently did..We was soon introduced to Lilly & Anya who showed perspective buyers our house ,they were very easy to talk to and very professional supplying us with valuable feedback on the viewings.We were then introduced to Amanda the amazing sale progresser who was always in contact, giving us advice ,keeping us upto date and sorting out any outstanding issues. Overall I sincerely reccomend Durden & Hunt Estate Agents in selling or lookjng to buy a property they are Simply the best .
