Right off the bat, they provided communication, a game plan and milestones, so we were never left wondering 'Whats hapoening'. Over communication and transparency just adds to an overall experience and this was second to none. Rachel, Freya, Andrea are all stand out professional's. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

Our flat sale was not straightforward - a listed leasehold going through major works, but they dealt with the complexities perfectly and made the whole experience a lot more manageable. When complexities arose, they would be the first on line to be coordinating a way through to ensure that the whole process was as easy as it could be for us. If I was selling again, I'd certainly pick Charles Rose. Thank you ????????????
16th May 2026 (29 days ago)My partner dealt with an agent called Emma and she was very knowledgable and certainly seems to deal with and have extensive knowledge of the park home market. She acted as a great go between between us and the buyer of Mil bt er Crescent and was always able to negotiate with him on our behalf. Emma seems to deal with all the sales on New Green Park and when we pulled out of our first purchase she knew of another one coming on the market so consequently were the first to view and our offer was quickly accepted.

He was very knowledgeable of the housing market, he would do anything to help the process and kept you in the loop, whilst dealing with solicitors. He is very proactive. And nothing was a problem. Mandy, Sarah Jayne and Dale all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Yes, you can find cheaper ways of selling your home, but if you want personal, dedicated attention to the sale then it's certainly worth paying for... Not all agents are the same... Pick a good one like Hart's

The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
