While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.
8th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.
5th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Engaged with the agency recently and specifically with Ben Shepard at the place. In my 20 odd years of renting, i cannot recollect a better service/experience than what Ben provided! If i could, I'll give a 7-star review :-) Highly recommend!
24th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool
18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
16th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)After getting 3 agents round who all said pretty much the same thing we decided to go with the professional ism of Fisk Harriet was pleasant and new her stuff she was always in touch, we had viewings within a couple of days and managed to sell the house in 3 weeks to the first viewers I would recommend Fist
2nd Apr 2026 (24 days ago)We complained about drainage problems, and they were successfully resolved. We are now waiting for the window issues to be fixed. We have been communicating with Zubayer, and his communication has been very good.

By far the best experience we had in our house hunt and really shows the value that local estate agents provide over the bigger chains. They made the process as easy as possible and I would highly recommend Fisks.

24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
6th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

1st Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
