10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

She was consistently helpful, responsive and genuinely supportive from start to finish. She kept me updated, helped coordinate the final stages and was always approachable whenever I needed anything.<br>Terry was also extremely helpful and professional, particularly with the practical side of the handover, and Martyn was excellent throughout the process. His professionalism, experience and support were very much appreciated, especially during the more complicated stages of the transaction.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but the whole team at Look made the process much easier and were always pleasant to deal with.<br><br>A big thank you to Lucie, Terry and Martyn. It was a real pleasure dealing with you all, and I would be very happy to work with Look Property again in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended.

28th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!
