I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Never answer the phone, rang constantly for 3 days. No answer machine. When I finally got through, was told that the house I was interested in was rented out a week ago - Why is it still online then? Useless.

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I cannot recommend Aimee and the team at Fox and Sons in Tiverton highly enough. Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)To phone up asking for a viewing, to be told 'because you got 4 children the house is to small and the landlord wouldn't entertain it.' Surely its up to me if the house is to small. Agents or landlords since may 2026 can not discriminate against people with children. They will be staying with me one night a week for goodness sake.<br><br>Government website states....<br><br>The government’s current guidance is very clear: a landlord or letting agent cannot discourage or prevent someone from renting because they have a child under 18 who will live there or visit. This applies to letting agents acting on the landlord's behalf too.<br><br>DISGUSTING!

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

They listened to what we needed (we have unique circumstances and needed a property that was wheelchair accessible and would grow with us as a family). They identified a property, facilitated online and in person viewings and answered all of our queries. As with most house purchases, something stressful crops up last minute - and they dealt with it seamlessly! The entire team are brilliant, often working unsociable hours to make sure their clients are happy. We have bought our dream first home and couldn’t have done this without their help.
