30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted Connels to view a house and received some excellent advice on other houses that may suit our requirements. View a house 2 days later and we are not SSTC within four day, excellent service and a special thanks to Kieran for his help and advice.- 6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)As buyers we were most impressed with Fulfords, in particular Harry.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
His "can do" attitude when it came to providing access for second viewings, surveys etc. was very helpful.
If only all estate agent staff were as good, the whole buying process would be a more pleasant experience.
Thank you.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Aimee and the team at Fox and Sons in Tiverton highly enough. Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We were so pleased that we chose Diamond Estate Agents in Tiverton to sell our house ??????a good friend recommended them to us,although moving after 40 years seemed very daunting with the help of all staff but especially Jane who helped the process run very smoothly, with many thanks from Mr and Mrs T
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were selling a very old house as executors and it turned out to be very complicated. Stags were patient and helpful throughout and supported us all the way. The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.
19th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Martin & Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they sold my property in about a week.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.- 10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Nice and spacious accommodation.
Thank you Stags

9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)First-time buyer - Miles and his team were professional and friendly throughout. He was diligent with answering all my questions and made sure I was kept informed from first viewing to completion. Highly recommended.
25th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)A big thank you to Darren and the team at Hunters Real Estate for all their help with selling our property.

Things didn’t go to plan when the first sale fell through, but Darren stuck with us and continued to help us through the process until we got there. We really appreciate all the extra effort, care and attention he has given us..

Darren has always been helpful, easy to deal with and kept us updated along the way. It’s been great knowing we could rely on him to go the extra mile when needed.

Thanks again, Darren, for all your hard work and support. We really appreciate everything you’ve done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and Hunters Real Estate to anyone looking to sell their property.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We are very happy with our purchase. Initially we felt that the garden wasn’t quite right. However we are so pleased that we asked Francis Louis to clarify this to the sellers and manage a slight reduction on our behalf. Thank you
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Adam has been excellent throughout the purchase of my property. He is professional and knowledgeable but what I appreciated most was how calm he was and that he actually listened to me.
His answers and information he gave me were always about the house I was buying rather than sales talk.
I didn’t felt rushed into making a decision, which was very important to me.

It was a pleasure working with Adam and I would definitely recommend him.

28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)The sales team at Torrington were first class from start to finish. They were very professional and very honest with us. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.
