I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
31st Jul 2026 (2 days ago)We used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.
19th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.
29th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

Pam's customer service skills were excellent and she was lovely and very personable. One of the properties she hadn't seen herself and she went out of her way to provide access to all areas of the property. 14th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Adam did a fantastic job for us from start to finish in successfully selling our belovêd family home in Silverton following the passing of our dear Mum.<br>During a difficult time, while my sister and I were grieving, he was very empathetic and went above and beyond in assisting us.<br>As neither of us now live nearby , it was extremely useful having him based in Silverton village itself - on more than one occasion he kindly saved us a journey over when access was required relating to the Sale.<br>His advice was invaluable and his vision in how best to stage and market the house was exceptional.<br>I would not hesitate to highly recommend him.
