Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

He was confident, friendly and relaxed and assured me that Vickery would do the job. He was right.<br>He kept me informed about our progress calling me every Thursday with an update. Selling your home is an ordeal but Toby and the rest of the team at Vickery gave me the confidence to believe that it would happen. Thank you to all of them.

They were incredibly helpful and supportive, and also put me in touch with some great contacts to help with my property needs.<br><br>A special mention to Conor, who went above and beyond. After hearing that we had sadly lost our dog, he even gave us a thoughtful gift in sympathy, which was such a kind and personal gesture that we really appreciated.<br><br>Fantastic service, genuinely caring people, and a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Carr Williams to anyone looking for support with their property search!

It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)?????<br><br>We recently dealt with HPrestige regarding a tenancy and, although unfortunately it didn't work out in the end, I really wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Harpreet and Ben throughout the whole process.<br><br>Harpreet found what was genuinely the perfect property for our family, so we were extremely disappointed that, due to circumstances completely outside of the agency's control, we were ultimately unable to proceed with it.<br><br>From day one, Harpreet was amazing. He went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. He was always available, constantly kept us updated and repeatedly chased things on our behalf. He was even messaging us with updates in the evenings, which really showed that he was completely on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us.<br><br>When the situation became more complicated, Ben also got personally involved and was equally brilliant. Both of them dealt with what could have become a very difficult situation in an incredibly professional, fair and pragmatic way. At no point did we feel ignored or left wondering what was happening.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, this experience really stood out. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a company and the people behind it when something goes wrong. Despite us not ending up with the property, we came away with an extremely positive impression of HPrestige because of the way Harpreet and Ben handled everything.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use HPrestige again or recommend them to others.
