18th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I inquired about a flat, took my details and never got back , said they will get back in a few days but it's been weeks now.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Despite my experience took place 8 years ago, I will keep posting it to let other people know the truth of how they organise business here. Their response was false, I have not received any legal action against me as they know this has happened. The police had informed the person not to contact me via any channels.
The people in charge called my number after he clearly addressed in email that all my personal info has been deleted from their server. He threatened me to delete Google review through two phone calls by saying “ your are a xxx( my job title) at xxx( my work place address), I know where you live. “like a gang. I was forced to report his threaten to The Metropolitan Police, and I have been asked by the police to call 999 immediately if he calls me again or show up at either my property or work place.
Terrible attitude towards customers. One of them made an aggressive phone call and forced us to make a choice. He threatened not to provide any services to us after being refused. First time in my life. Awful experience!!!
20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Rented a flat in Islington from Fraser & Co from 2023 - 2024 with lots of maintenance issues. No hot water for the first 5 weeks. Items left behind from a previous tenant. Freezer drawers coming apart.

We were so pleased with how attentive and kind the team were, in particular Preeya, who was our main person of contact. We met Preeya when she showed us the property and was always an email or phone call away. We also spoke with her colleague Sam, who would reassure us with any issues. As first time buyers, we felt completely out of sorts and there was alot of anxiety with the unknown but the team were exceptional at explaining the steps to us and kept us updated on everything necessary. We now have a new spacious home for our young family thanks to Mischa & Co. Thank you ????????????

Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager.

She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.
She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.
I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

Steve has over 30 years of experience working at Hellas and is experienced in selecting the right tenants. He is not only able to find tenants who can afford the rent; but also carefully assessing suitability, reliability and character to help ensure that my property is in safe hands.
He has also achieved a fair and reasonable rental income for me, ensuring that rent is paid promptly each month, and providing clear management statements detailing all income and expenditure.
Amidst the changes in the property market Steve has always guided me through new legislation and regulations, explain how these changes affect them.
I have no reservations recommending Steve to prospective investors in London property or for tenancy.

24th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I look forward to working with him again on my future property investments.

4th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Claire was absolutely phenomenal going above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we first spoke I felt she knew the local market well and really cared. Transparency, honesty and effective communication (even on Sunday with a sick child) ensured a relationship of trust. I wholeheartedly recommend this estate agents and would use them again in a heartbeat. After a rather unpleasant encounter with another local estate agent, she was like a breath of fresh air and has restored my faith in estate agents!!!! :)
