14th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)They were helpful not pushy in any way. Polite
23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The worst agency ever... whoever is working in property management and answering the phones it is useless as hell and with such an attitude. Whatever you ask, there is no answer to the question or the answer is 'I don't know'. When you email them, the auto email reply comes and the issue is just hanging in the air until someone will reply to you it takes time... So so disappointed with this agency.
5th Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Worst estate agents in Edgware.
13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Harrassed by estate agent non stop
16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Akhil has been amazing from start to finish from viewing to move in day has always been easy to communicate and helpful along the way! Been at the property little over a month now had a couple of issues but nothing he couldnt handle. Very happy with??????
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We had a great experience working with Sam from Real Estates to find our home. Sam was professional, approachable, and helpful throughout the process. He patiently answered all our queries and was persistent in helping us find the right home.
Sam and Dan were both very supportive and professional during the handover, making the process smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciate their dedication, guidance, and help throughout our journey. Thank you to Sam, Dan, and the Real Estates team in finding our home! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
30th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)A big thank you to Arron Murphy at Winkworths in Hendon for guiding us through the sale of my parents flat. After a really poor experiece with another local agent working with Arron was a breath of fresh air. Communication was excellent throughout and he made sure everything went really smoothly throughout the sale.I wouldnt hesitate to work with Arron and his team again.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.
We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.
After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We approached Mischa & Co, showing interest in a property. We were so pleased with how attentive and kind the team were, in particular Preeya, who was our main person of contact. We met Preeya when she showed us the property and was always an email or phone call away. We also spoke with her colleague Sam, who would reassure us with any issues. As first time buyers, we felt completely out of sorts and there was alot of anxiety with the unknown but the team were exceptional at explaining the steps to us and kept us updated on everything necessary. We now have a new spacious home for our young family thanks to Mischa & Co. Thank you ????????????
16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Thank you so much for all your help and support. I really appreciate your kindness, patience and effort throughout the process!
26th May 2024 (2 years ago)ABC Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
11th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager.
I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a great experience working with Zak throughout the entire rental process. From arranging and attending the viewing through to contract signing, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional.
He was always quick to answer our questions and kept us informed at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated his support and would happily recommend him, and the whole agency to anyone looking to rent a property!
25th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Good
1st Nov 2026 (5 days ago)Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.
Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.
21st Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Highly recommend the EweMove team in North Finchley! They were so supportive across our long journey to sell - they persevered and made our move happen. Such a lovely team too.
21st Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process.
Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Mark and his team have be great to deal with
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)There’s a reason why Houseman & Holmes are such a well-known and respected local estate agent. We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.
Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. His experience of the local market really showed and it was reassuring to have him involved throughout the sale.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Houseman & Holmes again and would happily recommend Richard and the team to friends and family. Thank you for helping us get the sale over the line!
